"This is our second time staying here, and we really love the location. It is super close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for grabbing food nearby or heading out for early flights. You can walk there in no time, so you never have to worry about traffic, and everything feels completely within your control. That part is fantastic. However, there are a few issues: 1. Cleanliness: Don't expect the hygiene standards of a proper hotel; it feels more like a guesthouse. It's clear they haven't maintained strict quality control in that area. 2. Breakfast: We tried their breakfast. It's very ordinary, not amazing, but not terrible either, just an earnest effort on their part. 3. Noise: Because of our transit schedule, we were waking up around 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning, and every time we stepped out of our room, there were tons of birds chirping right outside the door. 4. Door design and safety: The room doors are poorly designed. You have to slam them shut hard; otherwise, they stay partially open and won't latch, which raises real security concerns. 5. Maintenance: I stayed in room 365, and the bathroom sink leaked the whole time I was washing my face, water kept dripping down into the basin, which was really frustrating."

"I needed a place to rest during a layover in Kuala Lumpur, and this hotel is perfectly located on floors 1-2, 2M of Kuala Lumpur Airport Terminal 2, right next to the escalator. It's incredibly easy to find and super convenient for overnight transits, with clear signage so you don't have to wander around. ✅ Pros: The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very pleasant rest. It offers great value for money for a short layover. ❎ For me, the lack of a window in the room was a bit of a downside, making it feel a little stuffy. But then again, for a brief stopover, the value for money is still excellent~"
