"Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! The location is excellent: right next to the ancient city, with direct access from the hotel's back entrance. The environment is beautiful: the hotel grounds are like a small park, with superb landscaping and greenery. Our room window looked out onto several ginkgo trees, offering a stunning green view this season. I spent a long time sitting by that window, enjoying the peace and quiet. The service is exceptional: all the staff are polite, professional, and very accommodating. It's rare for me to find a hotel I'd want to return to and stay at again, but this is definitely one of them."

"The room was clean and tidy, the bed was just right in terms of firmness, and it even had a balcony with a river view. They also provided afternoon tea, a plate of peanuts, sunflower seeds, and fruit. Although it's on the first floor, the B&B is built on ground that's two stories high. The river glistened, and across the bank, you could see a pagoda and a temple on the mountain. It looked even better lit up at night. The B&B faces the Jialing River and backs onto the ancient city of Langzhong. Vinegar foot baths were 50% off. When I arrived, they even drove to the train station to pick me up. When I left, they gave me a farewell gift. The service was exceptional, like they treated me as one of their own family – very heartwarming."

A taxi ride to the heart of the ancient city takes only a few minutes – a truly prime location.

The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area and was spotless. Notably, the hotel's kitchen was recognized on Langzhong City's ”Red List” for its cleanliness, organized food storage, and standardized operations, giving us peace of mind while dining there.
💁 Service Experience: The front desk staff were warm and professional, and check-in was expedited. During our stay, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room free of charge, arranging a room closer to the lobby with a better view, which was a pleasant surprise. The doormen were also very proactive, helping with our luggage and pointing us to the parking lot; their service was excellent.
🍽️ Dining & Others: The breakfast selection was plentiful, especially the local rice noodles, which were delicious. The hotel also has a children's playground, so families with children will find something to enjoy.

"I stayed here during the summer and couldn't have been happier with the room's air conditioning. It was also quite pleasant to stay in during the day. The entire hotel is adorned with antique charm, making it a very comfortable stay. I was hungry at noon and ordered lunch from their restaurant, which was very authentic. Located in the ancient city, it's convenient for exploring the attractions. The Jialing River is a 7-8 minute walk away. At night, I strolled along the river to enjoy the night view, then headed back to sleep. Upon check-out, I received complimentary aromatherapy tablets, supposedly a collaboration with the Forbidden City, and herbal tea. A special thank you to all the hotel staff."

"I didn't expect this hotel in Langzhong to be so good that I wanted to live for a long time. Although the location is not in the city center, it is only 6 yuan to take a taxi to the ancient city. The location is very quiet, and there are several restaurants and supermarkets out of the building. The main road in front of the door is very convenient. Although the room is not very big, the layout is reasonable and the facilities are complete, the living is comfortable, and the room is clean and tidy. Of course, the first thing to value is the service, excellent! Every front desk clerk and floor and restaurant are warm and thoughtful, making it feel at home. The young lady who was in class the day before yesterday enthusiastically told us how to go to the ancient town to take pictures of the scenery, and did not take a detour. Yesterday, the young lady in class gave us a warm farewell and was moved. The breakfast tastes good. Because of this hotel, we will come to Shanghai."

"The hotel is in the great location and you feel like you moved in time. Room is clean and shower works well. Beautiful courtyard downstairs. Breakfast let us down. There was no fresh orange juice or average food. The room can get hot even with air conditioner on. I did not find it as an issue but if you plan to arrive in August or June it could be a problem. There is a cosy wibe in this place and we would come back. Price is excellent."

"I was immediately struck by the beauty of the guesthouse upon entering. The traditional Chinese courtyard, with its pine branches interspersed throughout, offered picturesque views at every turn, making for stunning photos.
The room featured a huge TV and a soft bed – perfect for relaxing in the evenings watching anime and sipping milk tea. The room's details were impeccable; the bedding was clean and odor-free, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, completely eliminating the dampness often found in older guesthouses in the ancient city.
The owner was incredibly welcoming, not only recommending delicious local cuisine but also giving me a souvenir with a message about getting rich overnight – they truly understand the needs of working people.
Staying here allows you to enjoy the slow pace of life in the ancient city while experiencing the comforts of a modern guesthouse – excellent value for money!
Next time I'm in Langzhong, I'll definitely choose Chengxianglou again!"

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic guesthouse with a great location, close to parking and nearby attractions. The owner recommended several excellent restaurants, all within easy reach. I even stumbled upon their local market, where Baoning vinegar and Huazhen beef shops are conveniently located. The guesthouse itself is upscale and elegantly decorated, with well-designed, clean, and fully equipped rooms. The wooden structure does have some soundproofing issues, but thankfully everyone I encountered was very polite. The courtyard is very quiet after 10 PM, so light sleepers should bring earplugs. When I left, the owner even gifted me authentic Baoning vinegar and Zhang Fei beef, exactly the same as what I bought – a thoughtful touch!

The yard is very large, and there is a Tai Chi area below, which is much more atmospheric than many small yards in the ancient city, which has a lot of flavor. Sitting in the yard in the morning, drinking tea is comfortable and comfortable. During the day, I go to the ancient city and go back to the room to rest. The room was clean and tidy, the boss was very good, and we upgraded the room type for free. I will book this next time.

Jjh800000It's a B&B, located near Huaguang Tower. Take a taxi and get off at the cruise ship station on the river. It's a 5-6 minute walk away. The owner is very welcoming and the service is very good. It's a two-story small courtyard, and Huaguang Tower can be seen in the courtyard. , open the windows on the second floor and you can see the mountain view across the river, which is very pleasant.
The decoration and facilities in the house are not good. There is air leakage everywhere, and there are cracks in the door and wall. The bathroom is not separated from dry and wet areas, and it is not water-proof. The floor at the door gets wet when you take a shower. The curtains are office roller blinds, which cannot be covered. Strict; the sound insulation of the walls is very poor.
Overall, as long as you don't rely on star standards, it's worth staying.

MM44184****Upon arriving in Langzhong, we were warmly greeted by the hotel's driver, who introduced us to the local scenery and helped us with our luggage. His sincere service touched us deeply. The cleaning staff, Zhang Xiaohui, helped us set up the clothesline and hung our clothes to dry, and arranged the fruit in a fruit basket; their attentive service made us feel welcome. The front desk staff assisted us in extending our stay, demonstrating great responsibility and promptly addressing our needs despite the limited availability of rooms. Choosing the Jinlong Hotel in Langzhong was definitely not a disappointment.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the night was particularly practical; the front desk lady smiled warmly and responded super fast, and also took the initiative to help us recommend local niche food; even the floor drain in the bathroom was designed to be particularly anti-blocking, and the details were attentive. When I checked out, I also sent a handwritten postcard. The most pleasant surprise was the free self-service laundry room. The party on business trips finally didn't have to dry dirty clothes!
Free deposit and free rounds when checking out, get it in 3 minutes, and don't panic at all in the high-speed rail.
Next time I come to Shanghai, this is definitely my first choice!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and answered my travel inquiries in detail. The floor staff were also very helpful and cleaned the rooms promptly and thoroughly. The vinegar foot bath was a wonderful experience; after a day of sightseeing, a vinegar foot bath in the evening relieved fatigue and improved blood circulation. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the dining environment was clean. Hotel guests can also visit the Baoning Vinegar Museum for free. The area around the hotel offers various snacks and local delicacies. I highly recommend it.

Although it is an old house and the stairs to the second floor are all made of wood, it is a very comfortable space when you enter the room. When you arrive, call the owner and he will tell you where the key is. When you leave, you can put the key on the table. It is very comfortable and free space.

GGuest UserI managed to book their only antique-style room, which was quite spacious. The landlady was incredibly kind and helpful. The guesthouse is located in Langzhong Ancient City, right next to the Jialing River. When I arrived at the entrance of the ancient city, she came to pick me up and even took me to the Jialing River to catch a taxi to the bus station. They offer discounted tickets for boat tours on the Jialing River. There's a shared kitchen, which is super convenient. In the evenings, I could stroll around the South and North Streets in my slippers.
