"This seems to be a newly opened hotel. Check-in was smooth and the room itself was clean, but there were several service issues. On arrival, there were no towels in the room. It took multiple calls and around 45 minutes before one towel was delivered, and only after requesting again were more provided the following day. Housekeeping was inconsistent — my room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, and I had to request additional toilet paper. In-room amenities were very limited: only one type of tea and coffee (no green tea or decaf), just two creamers, and no extras such as toothbrush, toiletries, or body lotion. Access to the swimming pool was inconvenient, as I had to wait for staff to come and unlock it. The café was still under construction, so no coffee or snacks were available. Overall, the hotel feels basic at this stage and could benefit from improvements such as: • Ensuring housekeeping is consistent and timely • Providing standard amenities in the rooms • Making water or tea available in reception • Opening facilities like the jacuzzi and café The hotel is clean and has potential, but needs significant improvements to meet expectations."

"This business hotel is perfect for business trips! The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the desks and chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the internet speed is incredibly fast, making document processing a breeze. The front desk service is warm and efficient; check-in and check-out are smooth, and the breakfast is varied and nutritious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

My reservation included breakfast, yet I was asked to pay for one person's breakfast, as they insisted the booking only covered one. This charge was upheld even after reviewing the bill. Furthermore, the parking was very cramped, and the lower levels were closed for maintenance."

"We were friendly received by the receptionist oldane and staff mizanon. The security officers are also friendly. The room was clean. Good Wi-Fi at the room and in the hotel. You can even check out until 14:00 and think with you. A large shopping mall at walking distance. In short, a fine hotel with good location with friendly people. A recommender!"
