"We stayed at Sevenseas Resort for 3 nights with high expectations, hoping it would be as beautiful as the photos. While the resort still has its charm, it felt quite dated—especially the lobby and our room, which clearly lacked proper maintenance. For the price, it was disappointing… sticky floors, a TV that didn’t work, and WiFi that barely existed. Even the amenities and appliances felt more like a student dorm than a luxury stay.
Breakfast was another letdown—cold food, very limited options, and not the quality you’d expect for what you’re paying.
That said, the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Jeeda—such a lovely soul who made a real difference to our stay.
In the end, what saved the experience was the island itself—absolutely stunning, with beautiful snorkeling right in front of the resort."
