"Excellent welcome at this resort; the bungalows are very nice and all boast sea views. The beach is superb, and the sea is warm and quite calm. The staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers more than fair prices for excellent quality. I highly recommend eating there; the price difference compared to the village is negligible when you factor in taxi costs and tips. The breakfast was varied, although during low season it wasn't a buffet, but anything you wanted was served to you. We did miss fresh bread, only receiving toast, but that's just our preference. Regarding the negatives: yes, off-season means better prices. However, the pools were inaccessible despite being advertised as open upon our arrival. The first one was undergoing full renovation. The second was accessible, but with workers operating nearby, it was impossible to stay there. I believe that since many beachfront bungalows were available, an upgrade would have been appropriate to compensate for the pool situation. There were no concrete suggestions offered upon arrival for excursions or tours; we weren't guided at all. I suspect the manager selectively engages with guests for discussions and offers, as we saw him assisting other clients with excursions, yet he didn't say a single word to us upon our departure, despite being right next to us. As for the surroundings, everything is within walking distance. Otherwise, a scooter costs 200 THB per day, while a tuk-tuk is 50 THB per person per ride, which can quickly add up compared to a scooter."

"Wonderful place! I didn’t like everything about the hotel, unfortunately, now in more detail - check-in is quick. On the day of departure there was no TV, no water, no water at all, the staff apparently was not prepared, they had no water in stock, for example, in a bucket to flush the toilet. Not to mention washing your hair. No one offered or cared about the guests.. Further, the hotel has as many as Two! kayak, one with holes, the second, supposedly intact, they took it for a ride, it turned out to be not entirely intact either... but they stubbornly take money, 100 baht for 1 hour. The kayaks are dirty; they rent them to people with garbage, water and sand inside. .. They asked for cleaning of the rooms themselves, to at least empty the trash cans and change the towels. One day we asked all day long to change the towel, everyone answered later, in the evening, and when they arrived late in the evening, they gave us towels, well, as they gave us, they were just lying next to the reception desk... Towels for the face and body... , the towels themselves were stained with brilliant green (apparently they were poorly washed from the previous guest), the sheets were also stained, by the way, the bed was not changed, during cleaning they simply did the cleaning with a broom and mop... In short, the staff are unhinged, sitting on their phones or scratching their tongues, a little unpleasant.. The kitchen is very dirty, we didn’t eat there. The janitors know their job, they clean and look after the area. Next - Dogs, they just don’t care, Nobody drives them away, well, apparently these are sacred animals, with fleas... They will lie down at the door of your room or by the pool, and wait for something.. By the way, regarding insects, usually in hotels take care of their guests, hang mosquito traps or light stinkers. This is not even close here.. Bring everything with you or you can buy it there in the store... The mullah sings three times a day, right here next to him with a megaphone, in the morning it’s early at 5 - 5.30, then the dog starts howling very loudly... Just kick-ass!!! If you do not strive for perfection in service, then you can book. If you are looking for cleanliness, the smell of Thailand from fresh sheets, care from your host, then this is not the hotel and it is not worth spending the money."

"The price-quality ratio for this hotel on Ko Muk Island is very good. The island rented a boat for 600 Bat to not wait for a ferry. Taken a tour to Kradan and to a cave for 700 Bat.. Initially wanted to stop on it. Snork on Kradan is good but no food except hotels. On Ko Muke with this without problems-many restaurants. On the last day took steaks fish for kilo, calmars, and strawberries small and juice. For all gave 760 batts for two. On Co Lipa the price was already higher for all the siafood. On Lipa on the fast boat arrived. Tickets can be bought quietly on the spot. All lying if you buy anything from food is free. We took juice. Charlie Beach liked a restaurant very much - and the view is beautiful and the food is delicious. The island is less twisted than Lipe. The tourists are not many, and in this is the delight of it. Again, I would have returned for a few days to snork on Kradan."

The area is tidy, picturesque, opposite our bungalow was a pond, a mountain view, a frog concert at night and sometimes a vault. "ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ"
