"Excellent welcome at this resort; the bungalows are very nice and all boast sea views. The beach is superb, and the sea is warm and quite calm. The staff are very kind and helpful. The restaurant offers more than fair prices for excellent quality. I highly recommend eating there; the price difference compared to the village is negligible when you factor in taxi costs and tips. The breakfast was varied, although during low season it wasn't a buffet, but anything you wanted was served to you. We did miss fresh bread, only receiving toast, but that's just our preference. Regarding the negatives: yes, off-season means better prices. However, the pools were inaccessible despite being advertised as open upon our arrival. The first one was undergoing full renovation. The second was accessible, but with workers operating nearby, it was impossible to stay there. I believe that since many beachfront bungalows were available, an upgrade would have been appropriate to compensate for the pool situation. There were no concrete suggestions offered upon arrival for excursions or tours; we weren't guided at all. I suspect the manager selectively engages with guests for discussions and offers, as we saw him assisting other clients with excursions, yet he didn't say a single word to us upon our departure, despite being right next to us. As for the surroundings, everything is within walking distance. Otherwise, a scooter costs 200 THB per day, while a tuk-tuk is 50 THB per person per ride, which can quickly add up compared to a scooter."

"Accommodation next to the beach. Near the pier, calm, easy to travel, the room is clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom. There are complete facilities. Will a motorcycle for rent I can contact the island tour."

"Recommend Libong Beach Resort.  Do as we did, and get dropped off / direct arrival to the resort's beach from a private long tailed boat.  Check-in was easy.  Restaurant was good.  Room was satisfactory.  Rent a bike and drive the island (very nice drivable road) but there isn't really too much to do on the island except chilling' at the resort.  Also, there are 2 small street restaurants just outside (south of the resort) if you are keen on getting a bite to eat off of the resort.  Again, if you are looking for a nice escape & quiet get away from the louder bar & party islands, highly recommend Libong Beach Resort for a 2-3 day trip."

"My parents really like it. The nearby restaurants are delicious. Sitting by the sea, the atmosphere is very good, quiet and very chill. The staff also pays attention to details. When they saw that my mother had leg pain, they changed the room to the lower floor for her. 🩷🩷❤️❤️❤️ I recommend you to come and stay."

"Traveling during the National Day in 2024, since it is the off-season for the island, there are very few people, the island will not be crowded, and the hotel is not full. Take a long-tail boat, the captain will take you directly to the beach corresponding to the hotel, and when you arrive, the hotel staff will come directly to pick you up and help with the luggage. The hotel written on the Ctrip order details page has no front desk, but there is. When you check in, give a key and a staff will take you directly to the room. The room does not need to insert a card to get electricity, and it has always been in a state of electricity, but there will be a few points in the off-season when there will be a sudden power outage, which will be explained at the front desk when checking in. The room is quite large, and the decoration is not bad. The bathroom and other facilities are also relatively modern, which will not make you feel that it is very broken for a long time. There is no other problem except that the water in the bathroom feels that you can't rinse your mouth (so the hotel prepares mineral water for brushing teeth). The hotel has an open-air restaurant&bar where you can eat your fill. Because it is a natural island, there are still many ants, mosquitoes, and unidentified flying insects, but this is normal. When we were having dinner at night, we felt a large animal making collective noises on the mountain behind the hotel. We didn't know what it was, but it was annoying if it kept making noises. Fortunately, there was no such noise in the room. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were very nice, and it was easy to communicate with people of the same age. The breakfast was quite simple, with only a few varieties to choose from, and they were not very hot, but there were freshly made omelettes, which could be added, and there were whole cans of yogurt! Having said so much, the scenery of the island is very good 👍 There is also a large shallow beach where you can swim, snorkel and canoe, which is suitable for vacation 🏖️"

"ผมมานอนห้อง deluxe sea breeze (ไม่ติดทะเล,ที่พักอยู่ด้านหลัง) 1 คืน ราคาประมาณ 3,600 บาท พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที อยากแนะนำ 1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา 3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด 4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ"

"The rooms at the back of this resort are basic and a bit run down. AC is good and water pressure for shower. No decoration in the room, drap painted walls. No net curtains so you have to close the blackout curtains for privacy. The balcony area and garden again no privacy and the gardens are just some grass and trees. Lots of broken furniture scattered to areas of the resort on show. For the money I paid for sky rooms. Could do better. Buffet breakfast was standard, no fresh coffee. Staff super friendly. Lot of sand Flys on the beach. Easy 5 min walk from pier, shops and restaurants."

"Koh Kradan is a beautiful quiet resort with cozy breeze of wind, the water at the resort is so clear that you can see a lots of creatures starfish, sea cucumbers, corals , crabs, shellfish. Seven Seas Resort is situated very near to the alighting point. Wonderful luggage service by hotel staffs from the jetty to the hotel. One of the staff Ms Lee helped me to arrange my medicines to send to my next hotel at Trang city the next morning, the extra effort to help is very much appreciated. The breakfast staffs are very helpful and one of the English speaking staff came to see if we are satisfied with the food. The restaurant provides a 15% discount on food and happy hours charge for certain drinks at half price. There is a Sunset restaurant by walking distance thru the forest path and you can also walk another 200 meters to see the sunset at the beach .At Koh Kradan, you can cater a long tail boat for 1400baht for Emerald Cove and 2 snorkeling trips. Seven seas resort really provides great service and hospitality to their guests, strongly recommended to stay here."
