"Koh Kradan is a beautiful quiet resort with cozy breeze of wind, the water at the resort is so clear that you can see a lots of creatures starfish, sea cucumbers, corals , crabs, shellfish. Seven Seas Resort is situated very near to the alighting point. Wonderful luggage service by hotel staffs from the jetty to the hotel. One of the staff Ms Lee helped me to arrange my medicines to send to my next hotel at Trang city the next morning, the extra effort to help is very much appreciated. The breakfast staffs are very helpful and one of the English speaking staff came to see if we are satisfied with the food. The restaurant provides a 15% discount on food and happy hours charge for certain drinks at half price. There is a Sunset restaurant by walking distance thru the forest path and you can also walk another 200 meters to see the sunset at the beach .At Koh Kradan, you can cater a long tail boat for 1400baht for Emerald Cove and 2 snorkeling trips. Seven seas resort really provides great service and hospitality to their guests, strongly recommended to stay here."

"A beautiful luxury resort on Koh Mook. The bungalow offered a perfect view of the beach, and the room was incredibly comfortable and spotless. We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort staff organized a private tour for us to go snorkeling and visit the Emerald Cave, which was very convenient and professional. It’s a bit more expensive than other places, but for the quality of the service and the location, it is absolutely worth it"

"Rested with a family on the island of Ko Muk, stayed at Mook Montra Resort Seafront for 2 nights. They enjoyed the hotel's adorned territory and the atmosphere of comfort and care for the guests. Clean, careful, in the houses large terraces where you can rest. There is microwave, tea, coffee in the access area. Very responsive staff. The husband came on the seaside, helped to contact the doctor quickly, took to hospital. Thank you very much for help! Also promptly helped solve the transfer issue. Very good hotel owners and staff. Of course recommended for visiting!"

"Great location, excellent accommodation, very quiet and peaceful. The staff are lovely and provide great service. The food is delicious, I give it a perfect 10/10. "The rooms at the back of this resort are basic and a bit run down. AC is good and water pressure for shower. No decoration in the room, drap painted walls. No net curtains so you have to close the blackout curtains for privacy. The balcony area and garden again no privacy and the gardens are just some grass and trees. Lots of broken furniture scattered to areas of the resort on show. For the money I paid for sky rooms. Could do better. Buffet breakfast was standard, no fresh coffee. Staff super friendly. Lot of sand Flys on the beach. Easy 5 min walk from pier, shops and restaurants."

"Good hotel, bungalow pleasant, there is everything necessary, cleaning daily, waifey stable. The area is tidy, picturesque, opposite our bungalow was a pond, a mountain view, a frog concert at night and sometimes a vault. Charlie Beach is a 5-minute step, stock up with sand flies, they are not only on Sabai Beach, on it better on canoe if you don't like complex walking. All Wang issues are solved quickly benignly, very hospitality."

"The positives ... Room nice and spacious and nice balcony and view of sea, but bed was so hard, and was a small double , we had to complain, they did change it for us, sounds very petty , but we stayed in other 5 other hotels on this visit , and never encountered a problem before. when arrived water pressure from shower was so weak, after talking to the lovely man on reception, (best member of staff on whole complex) they did sort, but tap on sink still just a dribble, but sadly the room was not cleaned well, dirty socks left behind bench/curtain, dust everywhere , bits left under bed. ... The pool area is lovely and relaxing view amazing over infinity pool. Sadly shower from beach so covered in sand, that after using actually have more sand on you than before, so lots of people putting sand into pool. The property has the potential to be excellent, but feel management are letting it down, quality of food at breakfast was the worse we had in all Thailand, we stayed at several hotels during this trip, and this was just bad and lazy , and it was not down to it being a small island, there is plenty available , in local restaurants and quality of food and what was available was excellent. no fresh fruit juice , just squash, just sugar no fruit, inedible, no fresh coffee available just instant, we asked and they said not possible. everything cold ,you have to put everything through toaster , no pastries , no poached eggs , just cold fried eggs, pancakes , awful french toast, all in metal tins prepared long before, you could order omelette, but came with degusting burger cheese cut up on top. (very poor quality) they are really cutting corners, most people that stayed when we did were bringing own fruit and condiments to breakfast , gardens could be beautiful , but gardeners just sweeping leaves , no maintenance, beach beds old and hard wood, not mattresses, all in all if I ever returned would opt for no breakfast and go to local restaurants, insist on proper king size bed, and make them thoroughly clean room ."
