Koh Lipe Hotels with Bars

"Although I give the resort good marks overall I still have somewhat mixed feelings. For two days of the trip we stayed in a superior bungalow which is obviously the oldest part of the resort accommodations. They are really very small and there is very little room for bags and clothes and the bathroom is very small. Also our room was back to back attached to another bungalow and there was very little sound proofing between the rooms. After two nights we upgraded to the newest part of the resort near the pool....and yes...it cost a bit more. But the rooms overlooking the pool are much more spacious and have adequate closet space and bathroom . They gave us a discount on the upgrade and it was well worth it. The breakfast was adequate but not extensive. The staff was very helpful. It's in a good location on the beach near the ferry port....which was handy."

"This is the best hotel on Koh Lipe! The pool access room is spacious and thoughtfully designed with stylish details. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The beach is beautiful, with water colors as stunning as the Maldives or Seychelles. There are two swimming pools, and a DJ plays by the beachfront pool during the day, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and breakfast is excellent with a good variety including cheeses, salmon, and various fruits. Service was a bit slow during the day but improved significantly for dinner. They offer water activities like kayaks and paddleboards, with the first hour being free. The gym is small but has all the essential equipment."

"The hotel's advantages are its location and good breakfast, complete with a coffee machine. However, the rooms are a bit tired and had a slight musty smell. You could leave the AC on when leaving the bungalow; I never turned mine off, and the musty smell wasn't noticeable afterward. The AC blows directly onto the bed, but there's a handy, tall drying rack. I used to hang my clothes on it and place it between the bed and the AC, so the airflow would hit the rack instead."

"Everything was very clean, and they provided everything from toothbrushes to slippers and bathrobes. I liked the breakfast, the beach was clean, and the sea was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would gladly come back here again."

"My friend stayed in room G22 on the ground floor, and found it quite good. 1. **Location:** Upon arrival at Pattaya Beach, simply walk left. You can entrust your luggage to the hotel staff and walk over yourself, which saves 10 per person per trip on island transfer fees. 2. The main entrance offers easy access to Walking Street. For Sunset Beach, exit via the back door at the top of the property, turn right, and it's a short walk away. 3. The breakfast spread is excellent and varied, featuring a wide range of options like vegetables, fruits, meats, carbs, milk, and eggs, easily fulfilling your daily dietary needs. 4. We stayed in a garden view room, which offered great value for money. Although it was a bit of a walk to our room at the top of the property, there was a complimentary shuttle service available. 5. While there were some mosquitoes outside the room, we didn't encounter any inside, nor any other insects. The only minor downside was the shower pressure, which was just average; otherwise, everything was great."

"Don't get your hopes up about the rooms. There's a strong smell of air freshener or something, and at night, the room is full of mosquitoes. Plus, it's tiny. Honestly, it's on par with a basic motel in China. The breakfast was also the worst I've had these past few days on the island 😓. And while other hotels offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off, this place just helps you call a taxi, and you pay for it yourself. I paid full price but didn't get any service. I strongly do not recommend it."

"We liked Akira a lot! It’s super spacious and comfy rooms were really nice. The bathroom was also big and all in all super clean. We had a pool view apartment. Only thing in the room was the quite loud aircon. We tried to get it into a night mode, but it didn’t work. And without you cannot do it. So we slept with earplugs. The breakfast was the best we had on our Southeast Asia Tour. Of course the jam and stuff really sweet and 50/50 Asian food but nevertheless really nice. Sometimes the English of the staff was not perfect so there were some misunderstandings but all were really nice. They also brought us to the ferry with the car. We would recommend the hotel and also come back here!"

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. ."

"Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel auf Koh Lipe war von Anfang bis Ende ein einziges Highlight. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir am peer abgeholt und mit einer wunderbaren Herzlichkeit empfangen. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle – man spürt wirklich, dass hier Service auf höchstem Niveau gelebt wird. Für jede Frage, jeden Wunsch und jedes kleine Detail wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Die Villas selbst sind ein Traum: wunderschön gestaltet, äußerst gepflegt und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das Bett war das komfortabelste unserer ganzen 3-wöchigen Reise. Besonders beeindruckend war die Kombination aus Komfort, Privatsphäre und dem Gefühl, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Ob am Morgen beim Aufwachen oder am Abend beim Entspannen – die Atmosphäre war jedes Mal magisch. Das Frühstück war simpel in der Auswahl aber überragend gut in Geschmack und Qualität - wir haben auch jedes Abendessen im Hotel eingenommen und können dies ausnahmslos empfehlen!! Jedes der internationalen und auch Thai-Gerichte war hervorragend ❤️ Koh Lipe ist ohne Zweifel eine traumhaft schöne Insel. Kristallklares Wasser, puderzuckerweiße Strände und diese friedliche Ruhe machen sie zu einem perfekten Reiseziel. Das Hotel nutzt diese Lage ideal: Der Ausblick – sei es vom Restaurant oder dem Pool in der eigenen Villa – einfach perfekt und unvergessen. Auch die angebotenen Aktivitäten, wie Schnorcheln, Kayak fahren oder SUP waren hervorragend organisiert und rundeten unser Erlebnis ideal ab. Auch durften eir Teil des jährlichen Lichterfests sein und man hat uns in die Zeremonie miteingebunden. Auch am letzten Tag wurde sich perfekt um unsere Abreise gekümmert, wir wurden zum Strand gefahren & sogar bis zum Anmeldeschalter der Agency begleitet und es wurde für einen reibungslosen Ablauf Sorge getragen. Wir sind außerordentlich dankbar für die wundervollen Tage und den herausragenden Service, den wir hier erleben durften. Dieses Hotel ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp ❤️ und jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter macht es zu einem ganz besonderen Ort."
