Svetik OsaWe lived in the villa for 1 week. villa with 3 bedrooms and a living room. Large pool, warm water. All equipment is in the kitchen. Good refrigerator, lots of dishes, barbecue. we had a great time.
The administrator of the villa is friendly, speaks very good English, and greeted us very well upon arrival. The villa was cleaned and linen changed every day. They also give coffee capsules and water every day. We recommend.

Anonymous UserOverall, an amazing stay! The beachfront vibe is so peaceful and private, especially now that it's much quieter since the matcha cafe closed. They offer plenty of monthly activities—waking up for seaside yoga was the highlight. Breakfast is great too, with a solid mix of buffet and a la carte options.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing, stylish seaside escape close to Bangkok! 🤍

Tania salThe infinity pool and ocean view were serene. The sandy beach was clean and quiet. every setting at the hotel was done thoughtfully, I loved it that it was not very massive nor crowded and so was well kept. The beaches and pools almost your own felt pvt areas. Breakfast was quite good as well 7.5 out of 10 for me. The rooms were spacious and clean, although the last night of the stay for some reason, two light switches in my room had malfunction and were kinda jammed but they fixed it right away. Oh, and the most incredible part was the Superrr comfortable beds and pillows ( i like soft bedding so for my taste it was perfectly Extremely Soft (like it would cuddle you in ). LAst but not the least, bath accessories at gym and at public areas by the brand BAWA were amazing! ..what else ..yes a heads up, keep in mind if you want quiet room then don't take the room facing garden as kids play there and the glass door does not have the best noise insulation . All in all, great service! i am definitely looking fwd to returning there soon.p.s: the grilles eabass at the restaurant Pebbles was Delicious!

Our stay at Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach was absolutely fantastic! The hotel environment exudes a tropical resort vibe, with a century-old tree preserved in the center of the grounds, surrounded by lush greenery – it's incredibly pleasant to stroll around. What I loved most were the three uniquely styled swimming pools, each with its own charm, providing endless fun for both adults and children. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can enjoy ocean views and sunsets just a few steps away, making for a truly relaxing getaway.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was both abundant and delicious. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel well-cared for from check-in to check-out. It’s perfect for families with children, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pattaya – highly recommended! 🌴🏖️💙

FionabazhangFor this trip to Pattaya, my friends and I wanted a quiet, more private environment, so we chose this hotel located on Jomtien Beach. We experienced hotel service that exceeded our expectations! Every staff member at the front desk was so patient and tried their best to accommodate our requests (side note: the hotel's little sweet drinks are really delicious); what I remember most vividly is the uncle who drove us from the lobby to our rooms. He was warm and friendly, and since we booked two rooms, we often went back and forth between them. Every time the uncle came to pick us up, he greeted us with a smile, and his driving skills were excellent. Although it was a bit of a shame that he wasn't working on the day we left, so we couldn't say goodbye in person, I definitely have to give him a big thumbs up here! Finally, about the hotel's environment – it's truly perfect for a vacation. Waking up and walking to breakfast, sitting by the sea, accompanied by the sound of the waves, that moment was pure bliss and joy brought by nature, where I could clear my mind and not have to think about anything; the breakfast was also very rich, and the fried chicken was so good 🤤. Even though I'm back home now, the three days we spent at this hotel still leave a lasting impression on my friend and me. It was a great start to our Thailand trip.

MerrymMy first stay here was incredibly impressive! The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. The room and the view were both excellent, and there were so many photo opportunities both inside the villa and around the property.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean.
The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss.
The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests.
The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough.
One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period.
This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel.
They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort
The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.

Old hotel, old rooms, complete amenities. Good service staff But everything looks old The stairs to the second floor were steep, narrow, and slippery. The door had signs of break-in. The entrance to the hotel is a narrow alley, not next to the sea, a short drive away. But the road has no lights and is lonely.
