"Pleasant and well-located hotel. I'm only not giving it 5 stars because of the room service, which needs improvement (bed linen sometimes torn and one of the mini-fridges seems to be malfunctioning). But generally speaking, I recommend it, as it's a comfortable space good for families and has a good breakfast."

"The common rooms of decoration is elegant and beautiful. Very suitable to take photos and I love the huge Christmas tree in the hall as I took many beautiful photos there. Breakfast has a lot of choices and you can order cappuccino and latte, they brought them effectively. Overall, it is very good. But I don’t know why they gave me the room at the very end of the building."

"This is a very nice hotel, esp for the price. The few not great things are overshadowed by the really good ones. Not Great: if they rent out the SkyLounge it will be LOUD all day. Breakfast on -1 instead of the Sky Lounge can not accommodate as many people. The shower pressure and turn on system, along with the beds pushed together without the piece that unifies them (is that an American thing?). The Really Good: Location at Alameda Station (metro+bus) and across from a lively park. Cheap taxi ride for most places. Cool Lobby Bar. Speakers above the bed for the TV. The massage chair & bed in the cute, yet small but still spacious room. Breakfast with lots of (regular) choices. Leo is the only genuinely friendly, professional front desk guy. Housekeepers really clean. Tea and coffee options, mini bar."

"Very satisfactory hotel, except for the small room type, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is clean, small cookies are delivered every day, the reception staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also exquisite and delicious semi-buffet. The hotel environment is elegant and the location is excellent. Almost all attractions can be walked to. Highly recommended"

"First off, the breakfast was delicious, but perhaps Portuguese food is generally good. The location is super convenient for catching the metro and bus; it's a 2-5 minute walk to the station. I vaguely remember reading reviews saying the rooms were hot, but it's not hot now. The AC works really well. When I first got to the hotel, the mirror near the elevator startled me, but once inside the room, it felt fine and had enough space. However, when night came, it was incredibly uncomfortable. It was so dim. And not 'cozy dim,' but rather 'exhausting, gloomy, unsettling dim.' It's genuinely different from some hotels with mood lighting; trust me, there's a big difference between unchosen dimness and intentional dimness. Turning on all the lights didn't help at all. I called the front desk to ask for a desk lamp (there was one in the room, but it was useless and so dim it was uncomfortable even to look at my phone). I barely got a few words out before they hung up on me. But shortly after, a male staff member came up, took a look, but said there were no extra light sources available. He suggested turning on the TV for more light, and even he admitted after turning it on, 'It doesn't seem to help much...' Trip.com's concierge replied to me but didn't offer a solution. I was too tired to bother anymore, as my luggage was already unpacked. Personally, I don't think this hotel is worth its price. I had picked out a few other hotels earlier, but they were all fully booked because I booked late, so I had to book this one last minute. I recommend everyone book several days in advance. I booked this place hastily at 3 PM the same day and checked in in the evening. It's the only hotel on my European trip that left a bad impression. I regret it. The staff's attitude overall wasn't bad, but it was the first time someone hung up on me. And there are mirrors everywhere, which is really different from what I'm used to."

"We were surprised to it is only 3 star as we felt it was at least 4 star .We stayed at the more expensive eurostar next door last time but found this hotelvwas nicer and staff more friendly . The room was a good size with great view of river .the bed was huge and the shower powerful . The reception staff were professional and helpful and the car park was bright with lots of turning space . We extended by 1 night ."

"Conveniently located near metro station with ＜ 10 mins walk with several restaurants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too. When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔"
