Had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing! The warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival was a delightful and delicious welcome. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and an absolutely stunning night view. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all made with fresh ingredients. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Its convenient location made getting around and shopping a breeze. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Beijing!

During the National Day holiday, I spent a long time browsing hotels on Ctrip before choosing the Kyoto Shinen Hotel, an established five-star property in Beijing. After actually staying for three nights, I had a great experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance! Here are the main points that really impressed me: 1. The location is actually quite good, right next to Beijing West Railway Station. It's not directly in the tourist-heavy areas, so taxis and subways are very convenient for getting to major attractions. It's just a 5-minute walk from Exit B of Lianhua Bridge Station. There are plenty of options for Peking duck, BBQ, etc., nearby, and you can walk to popular spots like Siji Minfu and Juqi in about 15 minutes. 2. All the towels come in sealed bags, showing a real commitment to hygiene. There are also free washing machines and dryers available on B1. Even better, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, there's staff to help with laundry and even deliver it to your room. This is the first time I've seen such a down-to-earth five-star hotel offering such a service. 3. After 9:00 PM, they offer a complimentary late-night snack service. While the selection isn't huge – mainly buns, congee, noodles, milk, etc. – it's a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. I noticed quite a few people taking advantage of it in the evenings. I didn't get a chance to try the gym or swimming pool as I was too tired from traveling, but considering all these amenities and the fact that it was less than 800 RMB per night during the National Day holiday, it offers excellent value for money. It's clear the hotel has put a lot of thought into its service to compensate for its slightly older hardware.

I am very happy that I decided to chose this hotel - very good location, close to metro station, calm neighborhood. Very helpful staff. We used many of the faicilities of the hotel - swimming pool, breakfast restaurant and even lounge bar at the top of the hotel.

The hotel is close to Beijingxie. Most of the staff is very helpful and pleasant. They offer free luggage storage for its guests. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is reasonably priced and quite tasty. The Lobby is beautiful and offers hot tea throughout the day. The room was perfect for me. It was extremely clean. They provide 2 bottles of water each day. It is starting to get cold at night in Beijing so the room was very warm.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From The front desk, concierge to housekeeping and the restaurant, we received exceptional service from the staff. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The room is spacious and quiet. Will definitely stay again next time visiting Beijing.

The hotel is located in Lize Business and Financial Street, with convenient transportation and close to shopping centers, which is convenient for guests to travel and shop. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, warmly decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality services: work, staff, hotel lobby manager Liu is warm and friendly, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. From check-in to check-out, every detail is handled just right, making guests feel at home. The hotel is in good sanitary condition, every corner is cleaned cleanly, and there are no sanitary dead corners, which makes guests feel very safe and comfortable during their stay. Give the hotel a thumbs up 👍

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Beijing West Railway Station, and just a ten-minute walk from the subway. The rooms are clean and new. Gavin, one of the staff members, was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. When I checked in, they even gave me a voucher for afternoon tea. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty, with food replenished promptly. There's a microwave in the room, which is really convenient for heating up food – a thoughtful touch for guests. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next business trip or vacation to Beijing.

The room was upgraded for free. The location is good and close to Fengtai Station. The lobby is beautiful. There is a small garden outside the door. It is very comfortable to sit by the small pond and enjoy the breeze at night. Hotel manager Wu is very dedicated and actively helps me coordinate and solve problems. He considers problems from the perspective of guests. I feel very happy to stay in a hotel in Beijing

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and restaurants nearby. The room facilities basically meet the needs. The room I booked is called a courtyard room, which is actually a row of bungalows in the parking lot behind the main building of the hotel. After booking it, I was quite worried about this kind of bungalow after reading the reviews, but after living there, I felt it was okay. Except that the lighting in the room was a little worse, other aspects were good. It felt that the ventilation and quietness were even better than those in the building. In addition, the service attitude of the hotel staff was very good. The doorman and any staff in the courtyard were very enthusiastic and actively provided help.

The hotel is located near Beijing West Railway Station and the metro, making it convenient for traveling around the city as well as traveling by train to many other tourist destinations. There are many shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel, making it easy to shop or eat. The hotel has been recently renovated, so the rooms are very new, although the exterior of the hotel has a classic look typical of buildings in the capital. The rooms are furnished with new and modern furniture, creating a comfortable feeling for the stay. The only downside is that we had to wait until 4pm to check in on the first day. We hope to have the opportunity to come back here in the future.
