客觀描述本次入住不愉快的幾個點： 1.房務態度問題 房間有煙酒味提出換房需求，前台讓客房阿姨帶我看下其他房間，客房阿姨開了一間就開始不耐煩了，説都這個味道她做這個都聞習慣了，都是一樣的。（房間床品沒動過，進去覺得味道接受不了直接就下去申請換房間） 2.前台態度問題 對講機裏説讓房務帶我們看808-809房間，上去了又改口讓房務帶我們看803-805房間，夥伴下去換房卡説被前台擺臉色。 3.房務態度問題 蚊蟲多，房間裏沒有蚊香液，下樓問前台他説先上去待會兒叫人給我送上來。 1小時左右，有個阿姨敲門送蚊香液上來了，洗髮露沐浴露是旅行裝不夠用，我問阿姨再拿一瓶，她説不早講，一趟講完，她又要再跑下去一趟。 5.早餐單調 早餐和洗衣房在9樓，電梯到8樓，需要往上走一層，菜品衹有我圖裡發的那些，實在沒得選，跟廚房説煮了碗麪，包子是直接放蒸盤裡保温的，有些發硬，沒什麼可供挑選的菜品。（餐廳座位設定了很多，可惜菜品沒幾個） 6.無衣架，無衣櫃，房間裏無可晾衣服的地方。（洗衣房是一個小房間從8樓步行上9樓即可） 附言:樓下入住送花茶，養生壺煮的會有人給你送到房間，有其他女性用品醫療用品有需要的也可以聯繫前台，有免費停車場，床品被套有消毒洗滌的味道，可以放心。 以上均是本人入住的真實體驗感受，僅供參考。 歡迎水果:無（有歡迎花茶） 延遲退房:至14:00

非常好的體驗，房間乾淨整潔，客服人員也比較熱誠，我去借電話充電器立即就找給我了，在此提醒一下充電器插頭和香港不一樣的我帶了用不到需要問前臺去借吖，我去博羅都是book這家住的，因為是中心區購物交通比較方便，設施高檔但價格又不貴，還有值得推薦的是G/F的餐廳，3/F還有養生按摩包自助餐，感覺就是進去了酒店內什麼項目都有了，還有4/F到8/F是KTV我1個人就沒有去消費，具體情況沒有去了解啦～下次會再book住，還有可以旅遊路線的介紹，這次我才2天，我需要下次假期長的才試試......

第一次住上性價比這麼高的公寓，而且還是新開的😊十分滿意 物超所值一般的公寓我都不怎麼評論了，這次來博羅，讓我住到一個手機網絡通暢的公寓，樓下也有充電樁，真的讓我滿滿的幸福感，洗護用品齊全，衞生搞的很好。最重要的是價格便宜，跟隔壁酒店的價格相比，我們可以在這裏多住幾天，沒壓力。十分推薦！！
