"Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!"

"An incredible place in the heart of the jungle! The hotel is truly unique - it is located in the middle of a picturesque jungle, next to a lake, and is in complete harmony with the surrounding nature. Everything here is thought out to the smallest detail: design, atmosphere, comfort - you can feel the high level of service in everything. We were absolutely delighted! Every day began with amazing breakfasts, and the staff sincerely cared about our comfort and rest. A variety of excursions are offered - from jungle walks to water routes. This place is ideal for a reboot: silence, nature and the feeling that you are really far from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend - this is one of those hotels where you want to come back!"

"The rooms are basically on par with a typical Hanting Hotel in mainland China, which is quite good considering its remote mountain location. There's a shallow swimming pool, which was the only entertainment for the kids in the evening. Initially, I wondered why such a well-located hotel felt a bit deserted, but after checking in, I slowly understood. The hotel's activity design is chaotic, and the service awareness is extremely weak, leading to a severely lacking experience. Actually, the activities at Yanoda are quite fun, but they're significantly undermined by the rigid, militaristic management. Oh, and there are way too many mosquitoes 🦟! Friends planning to visit definitely need to bring their own mosquito repellent."

"We stayed here with our family, including elderly relatives and children, during the off-peak season. We had stunning views of Qixianling (Seven Immortals Mountain) from both the lobby and our rooms. The private hot spring bath was wonderfully relaxing, and they also have a swimming pool and a children's playground. Due to the lower occupancy during the off-season, breakfast was served à la carte instead of buffet, which was still quite good. Overall, it offered excellent value for money."

"It is a B&B opened in the village. It was supposed to be very beautiful when it first opened, but I feel that it was not well used and maintained in the later period. The edge of the swimming pool is a bit dirty, and the landscape facing the rice fields is full of weeds. There are... Some furniture is peeling and damaged. "Came with my husband, and I couldn't help but wait as soon as I entered the hotel lobby. The front desk ladies received us very warmly. The surprise was that we actually upgraded to the room on the 3rd floor for free. I was really happy! The room also has nothing to say! 270 degrees of distant mountain forest, I am the first time I have seen Qixianling so close!
