"We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it."

"My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend escape, and it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm smiles and a quick check-in. Our room was stunning – elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a balcony offering breathtaking views of sunset/mountains. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and made it feel truly special. "Very nice and cozy place, malapit lang siya sa mall kaya hussle free if you want to buy something, clean and tidy pa mga utensils and most of all yung nagustuhan ko ay gery accomodating sila when we arrived there. Highly recommended po if you wanted to go tagaytay… secured pa yung area 😊😊😊ill stay here again for leisure🥰"

"Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday. It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only. We will definitely not come back again."

Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨"

"The place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends."

"Review of Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay: Our stay at Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay had its ups and downs. Our room was conveniently located right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and featured an attic room, providing a unique and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s surroundings were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. However, there were some issues that affected our experience. My sister found the air conditioning unit to be excessively loud, which significantly disrupted her sleep. The breakfast served was adequate, though nothing exceptional. Overall, Brizo Hotel and Resort Tagaytay offers a mixed experience with some room for improvement."

"It was a memorable stay with my family as it was my wife's birthday. I booked it less than a month before our stay and I was only able to get the Attic room. The room was very spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Unfortunately, the attic room with veranda was not available on our chosen date. I also indicated in the booking that it was my wife's birthday so at least I was expecting balloons or a slice of cake (which all of the hotels that we went to provide) ready when we enter the room. But nothing, I'm not sure if they don't really do this at their hotel. Food was great and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. Though they offered free shuttle service around the property but since the roads are steep it may be burdensome to take a quick stroll around the property if you want to get some fresh air and a little bit of exercise while enjoying the view of the tall lake. We also played bowling and they also have table tennis and billiards as well. The property also has a baroque style Chapel which is perfect for weddings. If you want to book a room, better if you book the lake view if available. The interior of the main building was magnificent, with wooden floors and oversized wooden doors. The huge foyer with what looks like a handcrafted wooden chandelier really gives the place a cozy and rustic feel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that they need to work on how to make the stay more personal to the guests. A little extra mile of having prepared something like a simple decoration of balloons and birthday greetings would have been nice. For a hotel that normally has wedding, birthday, Christening events they should have something always available for them to use."
