"It was a very nice hotel. The bathroom had a bathtub and was very spacious. It was a really good hotel, but be aware that the front desk and the guest rooms are in different locations. Check-in and other front desk-related matters must be done in a room within the Galleria. You should receive an email beforehand with this information, so be sure to check it. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful; I got lost a bit, but I never had a bad experience. Aside from that point, it was a perfect place to stay."

"Except for the inconvenient transportation, everything else is very satisfactory. Of course, the inconvenience of transportation is exchanged for unbeatable sea views and fascinating rooftop dining scenery. The hotel rooms are large, with great views, great blackout facilities and good soundproofing. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, but I had lunch in the restaurant on the top floor. The sun was shining on me, and I had lunch with the seagulls. I looked at the Castel dell’Ovo nearby and Mount Vesuvius in the distance, and all I could see was the Mediterranean Sea. "Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!"

"Book the ocean view rooms, two of which offer unparalleled frontal views. At just 1,000 yuan a night, the scenery is absolutely worth it. The owner is a real emotional asset. The room is cleaned daily, so please bring your own disposable items. The amenities are a bit understated, but considering the price, it's not a big deal. The Italian restaurant downstairs is delicious and opens at 8:00 a.m., catering for breakfast and dinner. It's a short walk from the subway station, just two blocks away. Hopefully, the prices don't go up in the summer. A week in June, July, or August would be perfect!"

"Unfortunately, this time I was disappointed. I had booked a Superior Room, but when I arrived, to my surprise, there was no desk. When I went to reception to ask if it was a Superior Room, they told me yes. But when I asked ”why there wasn't a desk,” they told me that it could ”happen.” And that the Superior XL rooms would have a desk. The whole thing seemed absurd to me. "Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"We were very happy with the room. It is very spacious and perfect for us as a couple. We didn't use the kitchen much, but I think it's fine for breakfast or a snack. What we found difficult was that there was no reception on site. Everything was handled via WhatsApp. When we checked in, we didn't have the information we needed to get to the hotel. After several messages and calls, we finally received instructions. On our last day, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, but unfortunately, our contact person didn't reply until a few minutes before checkout, so we had already left the hotel with our suitcases. Despite this, communication was very friendly and we were reachable, just not as quickly as if there had been a receptionist on site. What bothered us in the morning was the noise. A cleaning lady always came in the morning and started cleaning, which woke us up."

The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience."

"About the location: The location is a bit difficult due to conflicting views. It is a little deductible because it is far from Naples Central Station. However, I chose this hotel because it was said that the area around Naples Central Station was not safe. So it may be said that the neighborhood of Naples Central Station where security is bad is a demerit point. The opposite is close to the ferry terminal. Even if you carry a heavy suitcase, you can reach the ticket office in about 5 minutes. It was a ferry transfer when I left the hotel here, so considering that convenience alone, the highest rating is good. Regarding cleanliness, this hotel didn't have the smelly electric kettle problem that I had during my trip to Europe. As a Japanese, this is a matter of course, but I was moved. Besides that, the cleaning was perfect, and whether it was a new hotel, there was no part that was damaged or felt old. Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me. , and he taught me carefully until I could understand. Furthermore, after checking out, I misread the ferry time for 2 hours, and when I negotiated to wait in the hotel lobby again, it was OK without any problems. I was very unwell on that day, so I was very grateful.
