"This hotel is about 5 min shuttle ride from the airport. The free shuttle operates every thirty minutes to and from the airport. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and service here was exceptional for the evening meal. Note: There is no external restaurants or shops near the hotel. However, there is a very interesting Aviation Museum, just 2 minute walk from the hotel. You could easily spend about 1 to 2 hours exploring the exhibits and admission is free, but small donation is requested. The tariff includes a complimentary breakfast, which is very similar to 2-3 star hotel establishments, with plastic plates and cutlery. The only hot option is eggs and a sausage mix or similar. The rooms have a microwave, and small sink (a mini kitchen). There is a communal laundry which operates on a coin system using commercial washing machines and dryers. An internal pool is also available. My room has some views of airports - (freight aircraft) across the freeway. Overall, this hotel represents good value for money, especially compared to other airport options."

"Hotel is centrally located which is all it has going for it. It’s old and in desperate need of some updates. The pool seemed murky, tiles were broken around the pool, sauna didn’t work in either change room. The worst part was that one of the beds on our room smelled like urine. We called the front desk but couldn’t be moved as the hotel was booked. They brought fresh sheets and sprayed the bed, but you could still smell it. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. For the price you’d be better off staying somewhere else. We stayed in motels that were cleaner than this room."

"The room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. "I recently stayed at Chateau Bedford, and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you're coming from the airport. It’s also close to COSTCO and IKEA, which was super handy for some quick shopping. Getting to downtown and the main shopping malls was also easy, making it a great base for exploring the area.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay better. The room was very clean, and the facilities were good, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it's great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it if you're visiting the area."

"The location is not far from the city center, it is very convenient to go, the hotel facilities are very complete, the gym, the swimming pool are all, the room is big enough, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, stronger than the hotel, parking is free, there is free breakfast, sausage, fried Eggs, bacon, bread, snacks, drinks, coffee, very good! "Everything was good and clean. i really like the room and living area but thing which disappointed me which was water bottle service. They told us we only get 2 bottle water for 1 day each for 2 people. Only 2 water bottle is not enough. Other than that, everything was wonderful"

EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time

OoooyanI have never stayed in such a speechless hotel... I stayed for a total of six days. The fire alarm went off three mornings, whether it was weekends or weekdays, and each time it was around nine o'clock... The fire alarm lasted for 20 minutes, and the hotel did not have any explanation, just saying it was a false fire alarm. I don't believe that there could be three false fire alarms in six days? ? ? The hotel does not care about the rest and sleep of the customers at all. The time of each alarm was almost the same, and it went off every other day, as if it was intentional. In addition, I also found in Google reviews that the fire alarm went off frequently and lasted for a long time. So don't book this hotel if you can. The room is very small and not very quiet. The bar downstairs lasts until about two in the morning on weekends, which is extremely noisy.

Very nice reception and staff who would answer to your requests at their best.
One thing I’d say is the cleaning service, where some of members are not the best at being proactive when I put my sign on.

GGuest UserThe toom are very confortable and clean. There’s not enough towel in the bathroom for a family of four so you should ask for one more. Although the service is great, the food during breakfast is not refilled fast enough and when finally refilled, it all goes in a minute. If you’re traveling with kids or in a hurry do not expect to eat quickly.

ZZHESHENGThe hotel is located on the side of the road and is very convenient for self-driving and has free parking. Breakfast is good, Western breakfast, but there is hot water and fruit. The sea can be seen from the opposite side of the restaurant. The hotel is fully equipped with a swimming pool and a small gym.

KKaren Casinilloi was a little bit reluctant because of the low rating in google, but when we had our stay there, it wasnt bad at all. the only thing that id say wasnt really good was the breakfast. not much to choose from, and the poor taste of coffee. Nevertheless, for its price, id stay here again.
