"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"First of all, the hotel is in a good location. There is a park opposite, so you can go for a walk in the morning and evening. The street next to it is a snack street, and there are many lively restaurants. We had dinner on this street, which was delicious and affordable. The underground parking lot is also convenient for parking. Secondly, the hotel service is very good. The front desk upgraded the room. When I went to the restaurant to ask about dining, the explanation was very detailed and recommended the restaurant next to the snack street. There was service soon after I put down the phone when I needed it. It was efficient, and the lobby manager was also remarkable. Finally, let’s talk about breakfast. There are still many varieties, especially the local flavors such as black rice, lily soup, and bamboo shoots. It would be better if there were more green vegetables, and the restaurant waiters removed the plates in time. It’s a pity that there was no knife for the welcome fruit when I checked in, because I took it home because I drove by myself. I mentioned that the sound insulation may be good. I heard the loud voices from the neighbors when I walked past them, and I was worried that it would affect my sleep, but I didn’t seem to hear much when I got to my room. I don’t know if the neighbors didn’t talk or the sound insulation was good. I think it should be the latter. The toilet is TOTO, with automatic reheating and lid heating, which is comfortable."

The mattress was perfectly comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. Unlimited bottled water was also a huge plus; all it took was a quick call and it was delivered to our room right away. Such thoughtful and considerate service! "I brought my children to Yixing during the National Day and chose to stay at Rongda, a very new hotel in the area. The moment I entered the room, I felt it was so open and clean, and the hygiene details were well done. The room control is very smart and precise, and the children are very happy. During the stay, Xiao Huang was also very considerate and concerned about the check-in situation. Any needs can be solved quickly. Big thumbs up 👍🏻 There is also a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor for breakfast. You can have breakfast while looking at the lake view in the morning, which is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the city center but not noisy, and the surrounding facilities are very complete. "For my mom's birthday weekend, we booked an attraction and hotel package at Yaohu Town. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which turned out to be two separate, independent rooms connected by a small private courtyard. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and luxurious. I especially loved the courtyard. A dedicated butler was assigned to us, and we communicated via WeChat. Our butler assisted us with any questions, tour arrangements, and all hotel-related services. They were extremely professional and warm; upon learning it was my mom's birthday, they even surprised us with a complimentary cake. We arrived early, and our butler continuously tracked the room status to facilitate an early check-in for us. Once the room was ready, they promptly notified us. The package also included unlimited access tickets to the scenic area for three people, along with three rides on the 'Cloud Train' and a traditional rowing boat. The evening boat ride is definitely highly recommended! Even though the small train ride was short, it was a worthwhile experience. Watching the mountains from the train reminded me so much of the red tourist train we took in Norway. The breakfast area at Yaohu Grand Hotel also offered panoramic mountain views, very similar to the scenery outside the breakfast restaurant of our hotel in Voss, Norway. The last five photos were taken in Norway and Yaohu, respectively; I could barely tell them apart! The town itself is very beautiful, though it's not yet fully completed. The town's visitor reception capacity might still need some improvement."

"Yaohu Town is a newly developed internet-famous tourist attraction, and we chose this newly opened hotel. Although the hotel is not in the scenic area, there is a free shuttle bus, which is very convenient. There are several parking lots. P1 has a charging station but parking is not free. Parking is available on the streets around the hotel and is free. The check-in speed at the front desk was quite fast, and the housekeeper took us to the room. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. The room was very large and the balcony was very large, facing the warehouse of the small train opposite. The corridors and rooms still have a slightly renovated feel. The environment and facilities are OK. What needs to be suggested is that the service awareness of some of the restaurant's waiters needs to be improved. The aunt who was frying eggs asked me to have the egg fried on one side. When she put it on the plate for me, the yolk was facing downwards. This happened twice in a row. She said it would taste the same even if it was spread out, so why did I want to have the egg fried on one side? The auntie who cooked the noodles provided good service. She introduced the dishes at her stall and told us to wait for the wontons. The breakfast items are quite rich."

"The hotel is an old hotel, with a lot of people. The opposite is the housekeeping department, the room door is always open, very noisy, and the soundproofing is also very poor, especially when waiting for the elevator, it takes too long, and the breakfast is also crowded, the quality of the breakfast is 58 yuan, not very ideal, just eat noodles, full. The facilities in the room are very average, the exhaust vent is useless, it has been blocked, and the refrigerator is broken. In addition, I have never seen such a small bottle of shower gel, too stingy. The most impressive thing was that we spent 120 yuan for two people to experience the purple clay experience on the 6th floor. I thought it would be a very happy thing to let the children experience it. Unfortunately, after the teacher finished teaching, the next step was the process of making it by themselves: a piece of clay, which was very dry, and a wet cloth. After each time, the table had to be wiped. Several children experienced it together. One teacher was too busy, and everyone was busy. It was basically the parents who helped, otherwise it would be difficult for the children to finish. In the end, we got nothing for the 120 yuan, and the children cried. The experience was very bad. It would be better to buy a nice-looking pot outside."

"The location is excellent! It's right next to Wanda Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We stayed in a lake view room, which was very spacious, and the view was lovely. The pan-fried dumplings for breakfast were delicious. My only suggestion for improvement would be the rather small parking lot."
