"Hotel is dated and with very basic amenities. Read some reviews that room slippers are not provided so I bought my own. Beds & pillows are comfy and blankets are warm enough to keep us warm. Stayed 3 nights. Breakfast is awesome with quite a decent spread. There's a bus-stop right in front of the hotel, where you can take to go to Interlaken Ost. Shout-out to the reception, Ms Linh, who was super helpful in assisting us with our inquiries abt transportation & sightseeing spots."

"I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view."

"Amazing stay at Chalet Swiss. Located less than 10 min away from the Interlaken West station places it at a very convenient location. The hotel, while abit rustic, which is evident by the fact that there’s a leaking issue in the main building on the day of check in. This means that all guests will be moved to the other building which is also under the hotel. On the bright side, I got an upgrade due to this, so not complaining! The rooms are also in good condition. Breakfast is a simple continental buffet, which while nothing special, is satisfactory."

"The room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees... The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau! PS: The paragliding gathering point is just across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient."

"The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs."

"Clean room and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly—chatting with them was genuinely enjoyable, and they gave great recommendations and helpful local tips. Breakfast was good overall, although the selection felt quite similar each morning. The bathtub was a comfortable size. Little balcony I also appreciated that there is an elevator serving every floor, which made getting around easy with luggage. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel in Interlaken."

"The hotel is conveniently located right outside the station. The room was a bit small, and honestly, for nearly 3,000 a night, it felt comparable to a 300-yuan hotel back home. But all hotels in Switzerland are expensive, so there's not much you can do! The room was reasonably clean, and through the window, you could see the snow-capped mountains. The scenery in Interlaken is absolutely stunning! So beautiful, it makes you forget about all the compromises!"
