"The room was clean and tidy, with a stylish decor. I was quite satisfied with the trip. The whole place was also smart enough; the curtains, lights, air conditioning, and TV could all be voice-controlled. There was also a lake view. The only downside was that we went to bed late. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 am, and by 9:30 am the staff had already started clearing away the remaining breakfast items. Of course, breakfast ends at 9:30 am, so it's normal that they were clearing away the leftovers. However, it felt a bit impersonal, as we were still eating; it felt like they were rushing us. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"I am not the person who travel and review a lot, but this is one of the places I called Gem in Chaohu. The rooms is clean and well considered. My daughter enjoyed the views of mountains and balcony. And for kids, this place has a lot of amenities for them: swimming pool, game room, etc. So I would recommend this place in the area if you have no idea what to do with your kids! BTW: it has hot spring too, but we don’t have chance to try, will leave it for next trip"

"Our stay at Huan Xi Sha was an exceptional experience! The new Chinese-style courtyard is elegant and serene, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. The private hot spring pool on the balcony, built beside a lotus pond, offers a picturesque view of lush green lotus leaves and surrounding trees as soon as you open the window. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the peaceful lake view was incredibly relaxing. The natural environment, with its antique architecture complementing the water features, along with attentive and thoughtful service, makes this a top choice for a vacation. It's truly healing to escape the hustle and bustle here!"

"The details of the season stay far exceeded expectations. From room facilities to service responses, it is a quality choice worth buying back. The space layout is reasonable, and you can move around flexibly even with a suitcase. The lighting is particularly excellent, the whole room is bright and transparent, the windowsills and corners are free of dust, and the sanitary details are in place. The bathroom has achieved a thorough separation of dry and wet, the shower is drained quickly without water, the vanity countertop is clean and tidy, and we have been out for three days. The richness and quality of the breakfast are a surprise. It really achieves the integration of Chinese and Western with local characteristics. Stayed for three days, the daily breakfast was almost not repeated, the professionalism of the front desk service was impressive, the staff smiled and received the whole process, and the tone was kind and natural. The check-in efficiency was very high. All the procedures were completed in less than 3 minutes. There were some minor accidents on the last day and it was properly resolved in time. It was not the reason for the hotel. I kept apologizing to us!"
