"We were heading to Yanmen Pass and chose to stay here. The room was very spacious and the hotel is brand new. The only downside is that it's hard to order takeout, you can only use JD Waimai. For ride-hailing, you're limited to the 95128 app. The current price is definitely good. It would be even better if the app situation improved. Since it's a new hotel, I hope they'll add USB charging ports in the future. The breakfast was decent, and the staff's attitude was excellent."

"The owner was really welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel is located right in the old town, just about 100 meters from the Border Tower. I even forgot my watch, and the owner called me to let me know! The courtyard is beautifully maintained, and there's a rooftop terrace on the third floor. The decor is also quite new.
Just a heads-up: there's no on-site parking at the guesthouse; you'll need to park at the old town's entrance parking lot. The guesthouse entrance is tucked away in a small alley off the main street, so it might take a little looking to find it. Also, the rooms are a bit small and don't have a desk."

"It seemed like an old hotel that had just been renovated; the furniture smelled quite strong. The suite bedroom had no door and no air conditioning vent. The room I was assigned was near the lobby and elevator, so it was noisy during the day and not soundproofed, but better at night. The buffet breakfast was typical of budget hotels—it had everything, but only a few options; there was no coffee, and the only coffee I got in the room was a packet of drip coffee. The weather in Daixian was terrible, which was a shame."

The hotel is far from convenient to enter the fifth floor of the room. After going up, it passed two aisles. The room smelled a bit. It felt like it had not been lived for a long time. It was said that the smart toilet was not smart. It is quite expensive without breakfast. There are no restaurants around, so you have to drive out to find it.

But there are many rooms without windows or windows are very high and small. Although there is an elevator, it is not connected to the underground parking lot. Disadvantages: First, even if the full room rate has been paid, a deposit is still required when checking in. The reason is that there are consumer goods in the room (two large bottles of Nongfu Spring) and the hotel provides additional bathing, which is a bit confusing; when checking out He was told to put down the room key and leave directly. He said that the deposit would be refunded after the ward inspection, and he repeatedly emphasized that he could leave. However, I was confused as to whether it would be better to wait until the ward inspection to explain the amount of the refunded deposit on the spot; the deposit would be refunded. (I'm reviewing the standard room, not the special offer standard room) Satisfied. It is 2 kilometers away from Daizhou Ancient City and 5 kilometers away from Daixian Station. It is on the main road Yanjing Street, near the intersection to Yanmenguan Scenic Area. There are restaurants and shops next to it, but not many and not very busy, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. The room is clean and comfortable, and the Ctrip discount of 84 yuan a night is very cost-effective.
(The special price room originally booked did not have a shower and could not take a shower. After check-in, I paid extra to change rooms.)
