This apartment is the most satisfying place on this trip. It can be said to be amazing. First of all, all the equipment is available, just like going home. Then the apartment is incredibly large. The living room and kitchen are so big that you can do somersaults. The equipment is very new and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all possible supplies. The scenery here is also great. You can see the lake from the living room. There are two super large balconies. Our family of three lives in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a small farm not far away where you can pet animals. It takes only a few minutes to drive to the town center. In short, everything is perfect, but it’s a pity that we only stayed for one night. Facilities: Everything is available. The first thing we did when we arrived was to wash and dry clothes. It’s so convenient. The heating is also super comfortable, the bathroom is brand new and clean, the kitchen appliances are very complete, and there is free milk. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. Each room has its own parking spot right outside, and it's just a five-minute drive to the town center, making it super convenient for getting around. You'll need to head to the town center for meals, and I did feel that parking could be a bit tight there. If you're traveling by car, I highly recommend this place! Since the town isn't very well lit at night, if you're lucky, you can stargaze right from the courtyard behind your room – no need to drive all the way to the lake!

This is one of the most well equipped and comfortable place I’ve stayed in. All 7 of us loved the place so much. Feels so much like home, everything is high quality and very very comfortable. Love this place.

The hotel room rates were quite high for the May Day holiday, over 2300. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the bridge on the main road of the small town, and quite close to the lake. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The front desk staff, an elderly gentleman, was very enthusiastic in explaining the hotel's facilities and important information. If you're driving, you can park your car directly in front of your room, which is free and very convenient. The room is relatively spacious, and the kitchen appliances are very well-equipped – just remember to clean them after use. The ground-floor rooms have direct access to the lawn for stargazing. The night we stayed, we stepped outside and saw the Southern Cross constellation directly overhead! However, a downside is the poor sound insulation; the traffic noise from the town was very clear, though it got better once we fell asleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Tekapo Quiet Moment, the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our trip, the location is excellent, just a short distance from Lake Tekapo, making it very convenient to explore the area One of the best parts of our stay was the stargazing, we could simply step outside the accommodation and enjoy the incredible night sky right in front of the property, it was truly an unforgettable experience The facilities were complete, and i especially loved the toiletries provided, they were high quality and a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable I would give this accommodation 9.8/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Lake Tekapo, i would definitely stay here again

This is a standard youth hostel. The dorm room was a bit small, but overall it was pretty good. The bathrooms were very clean, and it was quiet enough at night. The kitchen was also quite large, and they even support Chinese check-in, which is great!

Overall, a good stay. It's tucked away in a quiet part of the complex, and the facilities are quite new. You can even see the Milky Way clearly at night. The only downside is that the room is a bit small; opening two large suitcases really fills up the space. However, I had anticipated this, so all in all, the value for money is decent (accommodation around Lake Tekapo is generally expensive).

The large living room includes a kitchen, a full set of tableware and kitchenware. It is bright and clean with natural light all around. All three rooms have toilets, which is suitable for more than 6 people. The ball room with windowsill is next to the entrance of the room.

The room was clean and very comfortable! They provided shampoo and other amenities, which was helpful! The location was great, close to Lake Tekapo!

Overall, it wasn't terrible, but it was definitely the worst place we stayed during our New Zealand trip. Tekapo is super popular, and even booking four months in advance for over a thousand dollars a night, this was the best we could get. If possible, book half a year ahead during the off-peak season. This property is a whole holiday home divided into three apartments (A, B, C) for rent. Apartment A faces the lake, which is more like a small pond, but it does have ducks and wild rabbits. The view is pretty average by New Zealand standards. It's also a 15-20 minute walk to the town center's Four Square supermarket, which can be tiring if you have a lot of luggage and no car. The soundproofing in the room is really bad; we had noisy neighbors all night. The most ridiculous thing is that there isn't a single usable table or chair inside the room. The only option is the outdoor patio furniture, but it was raining when we were there, so we couldn't use it anyway. Plus, the neighbors' kids were ill-mannered and stepped all over it, so I doubt anyone would want to eat there. Even more outrageous, the water pressure in the bathroom was almost nonexistent. You'd get better pressure from a garden hose! The bathroom itself is quite spacious, but that's pointless. The Wi-Fi is shared among the three apartments, and you have to stand in a specific spot in the room to get a good connection. Customer service communication is old-school email, but at least they reply once a day. The most chilling part was on check-out day: the key safe outside had been tampered with; someone had pressed the code. I distinctly remember scrambling the numbers. Oh well, luckily there was no key inside. If you can accept all these points, then this room is perfect for you.
