"What a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!"

前台大廳收拾得亮堂堂的，進門就有免費礦泉水和小糖果可以拿，細節特別貼心。房間裏雙床鋪得整整齊齊，床品乾淨鬆軟，躺上去睡得很舒服，床頭充電插座、遙控器這些東西擺放得很規整，用着很順手。

"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Warm welcome and excellent service from the staff. My car even got windscreen wash out inside before I left the next day!
Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable.
There was a convenience store next door too.
Would recommend if you are in the area!"

"Self-driving to Xiangshawan accidentally dug this RV camp, the location is really amazing, just next to the tourist center of the scenic spot, no need to drive into the depths of the desert, parking, entering the scenic spot are super convenient
In the evening, the sunset dyed the whole desert caramel color, and it was a blockbuster. The interior of the RV exceeded expectations, and it was not a simple camping wind: independent dry and wet bathroom, 24-hour stable hot water, heating and cooling air conditioning, soft bed. The sanitation is in place, the bedding is changed for each guest, there is no dust smell in the car, and the bathroom is clean and there is no water.
The most amazing thing is the night! Away from the city light pollution, turn off the RV light and look up to the sky is the Milky Way, the stars are so dense that they can reach their hands, sit under the sky curtain and blow the desert evening wind, listen to the humpbell in the distance, quiet and healing, really fit the name of ”stars licking”.
The boss and staff are particularly attentive, the check-in guidelines are clear, drinking water and mosquito repellent supplies are required to be delivered in time, the public area of the camp has a clean washing area, a sand pool, and the sand can be washed away from the desert after playing. This detail is too much.
Compared with the lotus hotel and desert tent in the scenic area, this RV is affordable, taking into account comfort and wild fun, self-driving families, girlfriends travel, couples are very suitable. The only small reminder: the temperature difference between day and night in the desert is large, remember to add a coat at night and prepare mosquito repellent.
Next time I come to Xiangshawan, I will choose here. I want to experience the desert starry sky and pursue the convenience and comfort of accommodation. I highly recommend Stars Minhang!"

Guest UserThis time, for our trip to Xiangshawan, we chose the Shuno Hotel with its futuristic, space-themed design. The experience was fantastic! Even though the pool had some sand, the staff cleaned it daily. One of the best perks of staying at the hotel was the VIP treatment; many activities had long lines, but we could just jump right in until we were tired of them. The hotel also offered kids' craft activities, which my child absolutely loved, like making hair ties. We even got to try using a sewing machine to make things, and the staff members there were incredibly patient, showing us exactly what to do. It was excellent.
The cafe offered unlimited drinks, and one of the waiters even made us a special 'hidden menu' drink that our whole family raved about – it was delicious. Overall, I highly recommend Shuno Hotel. There are so many activities, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the service is incredibly attentive.

Guest UserThis resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation.
Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience.
All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜
Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently.
One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure.
What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆
For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

Anonymous UserI'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!

The shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

Parking is super convenient, the oversized parking lot in the courtyard is sufficient, and there is a new energy fast charging pile, and there is no pressure on self-driving friends. The lobby is spacious and bright, clean and clean, the environment is elegant and warm, and a self-service coffee machine and free tea bar are also prepared. A fantastic stay from start to finish! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really made the experience special was the host’s kindness and generosity.
The young man went out of his way to drive me to different locations, making it much easier to explore the area. He also cooked delicious food, which was a real highlight of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
His hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
