"When I checked in, I just caught up with the crowd. I thought I had to wait a long time. I didn't expect the front desk lady to be very efficient. While checking the message quickly, she smiled and answered the questions of the guests next to her. She was busy and not messy. The tone was always gentle and patient. I had a small episode when I booked. The room type and expectations were a bit different. After talking to the front desk, they didn't have much entanglement. They immediately helped coordinate and changed to a more suitable room. They also took the initiative to send a welcome drink. The whole attitude was particularly good. I didn't feel troublesome at all."

Most importantly, it's not far from the desert scenic area, but it offers much better value for money than hotels within the Xiangshawan scenic area! Highly recommended! I'll definitely book this hotel again for my next trip!"

"We spent several days traveling in Inner Mongolia with our family, and stayed at this hotel one night.
The hotel is located on a small alley, so it's a little hard to find, but it's not a problem following GPS.
It looks like a new hotel; the facilities and equipment are quite new, and the staff were very friendly.
Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else was great.
There's a huge parking lot in front of the hotel, so parking isn't a problem. There are also plenty of parking spaces nearby. This hotel is worth considering."

"The service attitude is five-star. The room is very good. I didn't expect to get such a high-end room in Ordos at this price. Although the breakfast is not many types, it is of high quality, including beef jerky, haggis noodles, and a laundry room for drying. It’s so convenient to travel with a baby. It’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in along the way. It makes me feel happy and so welcoming."

GGuest UserI found this hotel by accident at first. After reading many people's reviews, I thought it should be good, so I booked three nights with trepidation. After arriving, I found that it is indeed very design-conscious and tasteful. The overall style is warm and gives people a very comfortable feeling. The lady at the front desk was very polite and considerate. When I came by plane, the lady at the front desk asked in advance if I needed to arrange a pick-up. After I arrived, she would also help me contact a taxi when I went out to do business. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come.

ZZolkoEverything was good. My main reason to book this hotel was smart toilet with bidet. But room toilet has auto flash system, not without bidet. That is the bad point. Change the “smart toilet” feature on trip.com or change it to real smart toilet

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the disposable bedding I brought on all year round, this hotel was useless, and the breakfast was really comprehensive, taking care of the taste of outsiders, the price was really good value, highly recommended, I was looking at the price before, I saw the comments and I was afraid to deal with it for one night. I didn't expect it to be really better than expected, I hope not to increase the price.

We also had some issues checking in with passports due to booking the room as foreigners, but the conflict was eventually resolved.

GGuest UserThe hotel owner's service was truly exceptional! I'm quite forgetful and ended up leaving my camera behind at the hotel. The owner spent an entire afternoon helping me search for it, eventually found it, and even offered to ship it back to my home!
The only small drawback was the presence of quite a few mosquitoes, but the owner assured me they would be purchasing some insect repellent items within a couple of days.
Definitely book this place!
