"How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!"

"This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Xuexiang. The rooms are fully smart, with two floor-to-ceiling windows! Very clean. The hotel offers luggage pickup and drop-off, a water-to-ice splashing experience, and even provides local cotton-padded jackets in the rooms. Plastic sleds for kids to play with are also free. The toiletries in the room are complete, and the service is very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The only minor issue is that the WiFi is a bit slow."

"The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!"

"Traveling during the summer vacation, I'm finally getting around to writing this review now, during the National Day holiday, and for that I apologize. I was traveling with my mother, and we were incredibly fortunate to have booked a stay at Jiuyue Homestay. The owners, a husband and wife, gave us such a warm welcome and took such good care of us that five stars just don't feel like enough – it deserves a perfect ten! The cleanliness, environment, and facilities were, of course, excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. The owner not only proactively picked us up from the train station and enthusiastically introduced us to the travel routes and attractions of Hengdaohezi, but after we finished our visit to the Siberian Tiger Park, he thoughtfully brought our luggage to meet us there and then dropped us off at the high-speed rail station, saving my elderly mother from unnecessary back-and-forth travel. Moreover, when an unexpected situation arose during our stay, the staff actively helped us resolve it. Through our conversations with the owner, we sensed that he is a person with big dreams, genuinely wanting to make his homestay succeed and grow. I highly recommend everyone choose Jiuyue; you are guaranteed to have the best experience."

Boss Shi and the service staff are very enthusiastic, especially for everyone to experience splashing water into ice, the boss personally teaches you to wait until about 10:30 in the night before starting. The catering is located at the side door, the business is not good, but the taste is good, you can taste it in the store. The boss will rebuilt this year and look forward to a new look! Seriously, this Snow Town hotel is ridiculously close to the ski resort. I could sleep in an extra ten minutes in the morning ⏰, stroll over to the slopes, and still not be late. Ski fanatics, rejoice! 🥳
The Xichaxuan King Room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, and the super soft bed made me never want to get up 🛌. The heating was incredibly powerful, completely saying goodbye to the damp cold of the south 👋! Disposable towels, toilet seat covers, and complimentary mineral water 🫙 – they thought of every single detail.
The most delightful surprise was the hotel's free activities! Playing 'splash water into ice' in sub-zero temperatures 💦, the moment the ice crystals flew everywhere was breathtakingly beautiful, simply magical ✨. They also had free sledges available, perfect for both seniors and kids. The crunching sound as it glided over the snow was pure winter happiness 🎿!
Add to that the free shuttle service and a hearty breakfast buffet 🍜, and it was such a comfortable and pleasant stay. I've already been raving about it to all my friends! ✌️✌️✌️"

"I booked this homestay with my children for snow, and I was looking forward to it: children can play snow safely and freely, and adults can relax and enjoy the holiday.
The homestay is not on the main road, but it has an independent courtyard. You don't have to worry about traffic. Children are more at ease to play by themselves.
The yard is quite spacious, and children can play in the snow without going out. Our adults can sit in the restaurant and have coffee and dessert. Hengdaohezi was dark at 4:30 in the afternoon. We had dinner earlier and returned to the hotel after dinner. The whole family continued to play in the yard.
This trip was originally a special trip to take pictures of the snow. The first day was taken outside, but there were almost all travel shooting teams in places suitable for taking pictures, which was difficult to avoid the crowd. So the next day we simply took pictures in the yard of the hotel~ the sun just spilled, the atmosphere was full, and no tourists disturbed!
What impressed me most was the temperature. In downtown Harbin, the outdoor temperature was minus 20 degrees, but the indoor temperature was close to 30 degrees, and the temperature difference between entering and leaving was very large. Here, the indoor body feeling is always maintained at 18 or 9 degrees, and the body will not feel uncomfortable due to sudden cold and hot."

There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Bao'en Temple, Xueyuan Park and Yang Zirong Memorial Hall all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Guests of this Hailin hotel can make use of the parking facilities.
"The overall feeling is okay, except that the shower and toilet glass are transparent, which makes it awkward for two people to go on a business trip. In addition, I asked the front desk for two bottles of drinking water, which cost 2 yuan per bottle. They said that each room only has 2 bottles, and you have to pay for additional water. This is the first hotel in China that I have ever stayed in. Apart from Turkey, which is short of water, maybe Hailin is also short of water. The corridor is deep and long, arranged in the innermost room. I won't stay here again next time."

GGuest UserI would like to give special mention to Amway. This B&B is one of the best in the entire Hengdaohezi. You can feel the dedication in building B&Bs from many details. This time our two children took their children to watch the snow, which completely exceeded our expectations. The children can enjoy it in the garden. After a whole day of playing, every detail in the park was carefully designed. Even the huge polar bear had entered the park on the day we left. The facilities in the room were simple but clean. The temperature and humidity were more comfortable than any star-rated hotel I had booked in Harbin. The cloth was Although the grass is not very high-end, fortunately, it is all concentrated in the city and can be changed and washed. This is very important! The food may have just started operating. It tastes good but the style needs to be updated. I look forward to booking a few more nights next year to experience the beauty of China’s snow!

My wife is so nice to take photos with. It looks great every time you take a photo. This is a small town with a history of hundreds of years. It once brought together a large number of Russians to live, study, and work due to the construction of the Middle East Railway. A large number of Russians are still preserved today. Building houses. I sincerely recommend Juli B&B to anyone who wants to come and stay there. It is newly opened. It is very clean and the environment is very good. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers and the air is very good. The whole decoration is also in Russian style. We stayed in a room with a courtyard, which feels like a return to primitive life and peace. I feel that after staying in the city for a long time, I occasionally experience this kind of small town life. It is really comfortable and easy to take pictures. The lady who owns the shop is also very easy-going and patient in introducing us to the local characteristics and travel routes. I highly recommend it!

The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill.
The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere.
The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

The room was a standard two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family trip. They even converted the smaller room into a shower and toilet, which was great. They also provided disposable towels, bath towels, slippers, and a toilet seat cover – such thoughtful details!
It was very quiet, not on the main street, but only a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping street, very convenient. The town isn't big, so there's plenty of room to explore.
It's run by a husband and wife team; they were very welcoming and kind – truly wonderful! 👍 We'd definitely stay here again next time we come.

The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very convenient. We drove over and parked in their small yard (it's such a small backyard, and the road inside the scenic spot is very narrow, so we parked the car smoothly because there were few people there that day).
Problems encountered:
If it rains, the floor of the room will be wet as soon as you enter;
The bath water cannot be drained at night! The sink has shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, but no shower gel😩
(Honestly, I didn’t want to take a shower in the cold weather. I didn’t tell the landlord until the next day, and she quickly found the cause of the problem and solved it.) So when you encounter problems, raise them proactively!
There is not enough room to put things in the room, so all the odds and ends have to be stored on the small table. It is recommended to add a bench or something.
