"The room was exactly as pictured, and you could see the snow right outside the window. We woke up early to watch the sunrise and take photos from there, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow behind us. Right outside the door was a viewing platform where you could see the whole town, complete with a swing. For lunch, we ate at the host's place. You could order from a menu, and we had dumplings and stewed green beans, which were absolutely delicious and so affordable. When we were leaving, we almost missed our high-speed train, but the host was kind enough to drive us to the station. We're really grateful! I'm definitely coming back here to stay for ten days to two weeks once I retire."

"Traveling during the summer vacation, I'm finally getting around to writing this review now, during the National Day holiday, and for that I apologize. I was traveling with my mother, and we were incredibly fortunate to have booked a stay at Jiuyue Homestay. The owners, a husband and wife, gave us such a warm welcome and took such good care of us that five stars just don't feel like enough – it deserves a perfect ten! The cleanliness, environment, and facilities were, of course, excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. The owner not only proactively picked us up from the train station and enthusiastically introduced us to the travel routes and attractions of Hengdaohezi, but after we finished our visit to the Siberian Tiger Park, he thoughtfully brought our luggage to meet us there and then dropped us off at the high-speed rail station, saving my elderly mother from unnecessary back-and-forth travel. Moreover, when an unexpected situation arose during our stay, the staff actively helped us resolve it. Through our conversations with the owner, we sensed that he is a person with big dreams, genuinely wanting to make his homestay succeed and grow. I highly recommend everyone choose Jiuyue; you are guaranteed to have the best experience."

"I wanted to experience the big kang room and stayed there for one night. The landlady was very welcoming. It was raining heavily when I arrived and she even gave me food and cantaloupe. It's only a 5-minute walk from the old train station. The exterior is still under renovation in the summer, so it should be nice to visit in the winter. The big kang is really hard, so people who are not used to it need to consider it. The environment is just like an ordinary B&B."

"The boss was very good to upgrade the suite, set the evening Russian meal, the details of the environment layout are full of Russian style. The suite has no TV, an electric stove with feet, sitting on an old-fashioned granny chair, reading while licking local peanuts and melon seeds. If you have time, stay for at least three or five days. The Hengdaohezi of Mudanjiang City is included in one of my world-avoiding towns."

Excellent! The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly kind. Picking us up and dropping us off at the high-speed rail station was the bare minimum. There's also a free bonfire and fireworks every day; they even waited for us to set off the fireworks since we arrived late. When we wanted to buy extra fireworks, the owner even drove us there. The emotional value they provided was immense, and we had a wonderful time! My friends and I even made a promise to come back here next Chinese New Year!

We got to our guesthouse in Xuexiang from Harbin, and the owner helped us share a ride and buy tickets – it was incredibly convenient! The owner and staff were all super helpful. The room was super clean, and the facilities were all new and high-end. My partner and I didn't want to leave Xuexiang, and then we discovered a large area behind the guesthouse. The snow was deep and there was no one around, so we joined another couple for a snowball fight – it was so incredibly fun! It was a hidden gem, much more fun than the Xuexiang scenic area itself. We all agreed that the area behind the guesthouse was the real gem, a truly carefree and relaxing place. I'll definitely come back to stay here again; it was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!

The homestay beyond expectations, the room was clean, the guy was enthusiastic and answered all questions, and he was responsive. It was simply great. I wanted to stay for two nights. I decided that the town was particularly good. The homestay was particularly comfortable and decided to continue for one day. I would like to give special mention to Amway. This B&B is one of the best in the entire Hengdaohezi. You can feel the dedication in building B&Bs from many details. This time our two children took their children to watch the snow, which completely exceeded our expectations. The children can enjoy it in the garden. After a whole day of playing, every detail in the park was carefully designed. Even the huge polar bear had entered the park on the day we left. The facilities in the room were simple but clean. The temperature and humidity were more comfortable than any star-rated hotel I had booked in Harbin. The cloth was Although the grass is not very high-end, fortunately, it is all concentrated in the city and can be changed and washed. This is very important! The food may have just started operating. It tastes good but the style needs to be updated. I look forward to booking a few more nights next year to experience the beauty of China’s snow!

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

We chose this guesthouse based on the room type, and it was a pleasant surprise – my mom loved it! The room was a standard two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family trip. They even converted the smaller room into a shower and toilet, which was great. They also provided disposable towels, bath towels, slippers, and a toilet seat cover – such thoughtful details! It was very quiet, not on the main street, but only a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping street, very convenient. The town isn't big, so there's plenty of room to explore. It's run by a husband and wife team; they were very welcoming and kind – truly wonderful! 👍 We'd definitely stay here again next time we come.

The location of the B&B is very convenient. We drove over and parked in their small yard (it's such a small backyard, and the road inside the scenic spot is very narrow, so we parked the car smoothly because there were few people there that day). Problems encountered: If it rains, the floor of the room will be wet as soon as you enter; The bath water cannot be drained at night! The sink has shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, but no shower gel😩 (Honestly, I didn’t want to take a shower in the cold weather. I didn’t tell the landlord until the next day, and she quickly found the cause of the problem and solved it.) So when you encounter problems, raise them proactively! There is not enough room to put things in the room, so all the odds and ends have to be stored on the small table. It is recommended to add a bench or something. advantage: The quilt is quite comfortable when sleeping at night.
