"The check-in experience was not good. The breakfast was good, the ingredients were rich and fresh, and I also tasted the yam juice, which looked like milk. Parking was OK, and the underground garage instructions were relatively clear. The hotel is new, and the facilities are all OK. But the check-in experience was not good. First, when I entered the room, I found that the door of my room was wide open, which scared me. The front desk explained that the room inspector forgot to close the door after checking. I have never encountered such a mistake. Second, the hotel is tall and grand, but the restaurant is not open, and you have to go out to find food by yourself. There is only a small shop selling rice noodles nearby. I rushed here from Leye that day, drove 240 kilometers and visited the Little Three Gorges. I was very tired, so I had to take Didi to a fish restaurant marked on the map at the hotel front desk. When I arrived, I found that the store was dark and still selling boxed lunches. I had to change to a store I just passed by. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel after dinner, which is not far. But it is inconvenient for travelers who are very tired on the day. Along the way, I saw that there are at least more restaurants near the Berman Hotel, and I regretted choosing the wrong hotel. The most annoying thing is the laundry room. The time limit is from 8 to 10 pm. I started drying clothes at 9, which took an hour and 40 minutes. I called the front desk to ask, but they said they would only close the door but not shut down the machine. I didn't expect that when I went to pick up my clothes at 9 the next day, the staff had already taken my clothes out of the dryer, so they were scattered on the ironing table. After I put them away, I returned to the room and found that a sock was missing. I went to the laundry room and found that the dryer was already working. Oh, okay, a sock was missing for no reason. I left the hotel in a bad mood and was too lazy to waste time negotiating! I suggest that the staff should not touch the guests' clothes. If they want to take them out, at least fold them and check them!"

The parking lot is large and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. The laundry room is 24 hours and is fully equipped with laundry detergent, disinfectant and baskets for clothes, which is very convenient for guests. The breakfast is very rich. The only shortcoming is that the hotel's restaurant is contracted out. I was very tired on the day of arrival and didn't want to go out for dinner. 還十分耐心介紹了各種房型給我們選擇，有面向泳池和麪向河邊的，天氣冷泳池已經停開，我們選擇了河邊的115房間。 房間的佈置比較新，建議酒店可以就地取材，把鮮花布置到房間裏，會更温馨一些。
酒店有充電樁車位，1個快充3個慢充，對於電車來説非常友好了。 早上起來發現119房間景觀更好，續住就換到119房間了，看河景小水壩更清晰。 早餐18元/份，在酒店外邊包子店14元，二兩粉，倆人吃妥妥的。 沿着酒店游泳池，有條小徑可以直接下到碼頭上船遊河，兩人包船150/條，這些都是陳姑娘介紹的。
第二晚續住，陳姑娘還安排了水果給我們。
總體來説，酒店風景沒得説，去劉三姐故居乘船下碼頭，十分方便，夏天來可以溯溪玩水游泳，但位置比較偏，酒店硬件及軟件管理還有待進一步改善。周邊配套一般，想要繁華鬧市的朋友不太適合。"

YyukiIt is very convenient to get from the hotel to the surrounding attractions. Wake up early in the morning and drive to the Yunguantian Scenic Area for more than 20 minutes.
