We called the front desk three times during our stay, twice because we didn't have our room cards. They responded very quickly and arranged for someone to come and open the door (after thoroughly verifying the guest's information, of course). 3. The hotel housekeeping staff proactively asked if we wanted turndown service, brought milk, and tidied up for the night. This is quite rare, regardless of whether it's the off-season or not. 4. The indoor service staff in the hot spring area were very polite. Both the male and female changing rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bathrobes neatly arranged. The only drawback was the lack of conditioner in the shower area. 5. The outdoor hot spring area staff were particularly enthusiastic. They reminded us about the soaking time for the high-temperature pools, asked if we wanted fresh tea, guided us around, and were very friendly when we left, informing us about the washing and resting areas. 6. For dining, I experienced the hot pot set meal for dinner here. The portion was huge; the four of us wasted quite a bit, which was a shame, but the taste was excellent. The price might even be cheaper than outside restaurants. Breakfast was similar to other Junlan hotels, featuring unique freshly made baked flatbreads and Yao family oil tea. The breakfast restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining areas. On a nice day, you can sit outdoors and enjoy your meal with views of the mountains and waters of Cifu Lake, which is relaxing and pleasant. 7. The hotel has a 24-hour convenience store where you can scan and pay yourself. A bottle of milk beer was 6 yuan. I drank four bottles; it's non-alcoholic, so I just treated it like beer – very refreshing. Conclusion: Staying at Junlan Hot Spring in Bama is the best choice. Situated right by the Bama River, the hotel offers lovely views. The interior design is quite appealing, and the full-length mirror in the room was a fantastic touch! The bathroom was spacious and spotless. What really stood out was breakfast, which even included *douhua* (tofu pudding) – that definitely gets top marks! I'll absolutely book this place again on my next visit.

The exterior is grand, but the interior is a complete mess! The bed in the room is so tight that if one person turns over, everyone else feels like they're on a boat. My husband and I were practically afraid to move, worried about disturbing our child's sleep. The bedside table was so wobbly that we didn't dare put anything on it. We contacted the hotel, and they replaced the bedside table with two decent ones, but the bed issue remained unresolved because we saw the same problem in other rooms! The floors and walls were dilapidated, and the breakfast selection and quality were worse than a budget hotel. The only redeeming quality was the smiling service from the staff, who genuinely tried to resolve the issues, but unfortunately, the hotel is just too old.
