"We added Lingao to our road trip because we wanted to try the famous Lingao roasted suckling pig, but it wasn't quite as good as we'd hoped for.
1. The hotel is close to the sea and has its own private beach. However, the sea views aren't as stunning as those in Wanning and Lingshui further south.
2. I've noticed that most hotels near the coast in Hainan are quite humid, and the bedding often feels a bit damp. Despite that, the hotel was generally clean and hygienic.
3. My child is over 1.5 meters tall, but they still provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Some hotels would definitely charge extra for that, so kudos to their service!
4. The ground floor rooms have direct access to a private pool, and all ground floor guests share a large communal pool, which is a great feature. We opted for a sea-view room instead of a ground floor one, and the view was still lovely, even though it was a bit foggy during our entire stay in Hainan."

"The room was clean and the furnishings were brand new. I was a little worried after reading the few reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.
First, the twin beds were spacious enough for two adults and two children to sleep comfortably. The pillows were soft and comfortable, and the soft furnishings were aesthetically pleasing.
The Pikachu water bottles and welcome towels in the room delighted the children. The small refrigerator was also a great place for snacks.
Going to the beach at night was fantastic. The beach is right outside, and they provide professional fishing tools. The discussion was long, and many local fishermen come here. Gloves, headlamps, and tongs are all provided, so you don't have to bring your own.
The breakfast was especially artistic. The nine-square grid made the kids, who usually don't like to eat, eat a few more bites.
There was also a surprise gift upon departure. The kids received beautiful seashells. I will definitely stay here again."

Honestly, the owner's photography skills need improvement; the actual scenery was so beautiful, I almost missed it! The sea-view room for just over 200 yuan was a great deal! [Thumbs up] It had a fisherman's style, was very clean, and had a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The sea was right outside the door. The only regret was missing the beachcombing activity; I'll definitely come back next time.

In Bozong Village, Dongying Town, Lingao, the guesthouses listed on the Golden Coast website are quite large-scale and generally of good quality. After careful selection, I chose Langhua Xiaozhu. The sea-view room was fully equipped (automatic toilet...), the room was spacious and bright, and although the breakfast selection was limited, it was still quite delicious. There was also a mini indoor pool (but unfortunately, it wasn't filled with water for guests; the receptionist said the owner is from Kaifeng, Henan, and recently went back to his hometown... so...). The guesthouse has a foot bath, and there's a coffee shop across the street (I haven't tried it, so I can't comment), and next door is a restaurant (although the prices aren't very friendly, the food is good). There are quite a few dining options around! The beach and sea are just across the street, making it very convenient for morning and evening beach walks! In short, I highly recommend it! This review is based on my actual stay experience and I haven't accepted any endorsements, so please don't be offended if you disagree!

Guest UserThe room was just as described: large and clean. The handsome receptionist and the young lady at the front desk, as well as the breakfast waitress, were all very polite and courteous. The breakfast was 20 yuan per person and delicious. The room faced the ocean, and Jiefang Park was a 700-meter walk from the beach. The only downside was the lack of nearby restaurants. It was wonderful to relax quietly on the beach, away from the crowds.

The room I stayed in was spacious, bright, neat and clean, the bedding was comfortable, the shower head was full of hot water, and the shower was super comfortable.
