The B&B has beautiful decor and super comfy bedding. They've stocked mineral water, snacks, and drinks, making for a very comfortable stay. The room has a washer-dryer combo, though drying a full load of clothes takes a bit of time. All other facilities are great, and the breakfast tasted good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an.

This time I brought my furry friend to Xi'an and decisively booked the pet-friendly room at the W Hotel. The experience far exceeded my expectations! The staff were extremely professional and attentive, and the hotel's pet services were top-notch. They not only provided an exclusive, cozy sleeping mat and water bowl, but also thoughtfully prepared delicious meals. What surprised me the most was that the hotel even made a custom ID tag for my dog. Wearing it, my pup strutted proudly down the streets of Xi'an. The thoughtfulness and sense of occasion were absolutely on point~ I strongly recommend the W Hotel to all pet owners who want to explore the world with their furry companions, thanks to their sincere dedication to treating pets like family!

Our family had a fantastic stay! When I booked, I saw that the hotel was renovated in 2018, so I was a bit worried it might be old and not live up to its reputation. However, upon checking in, I found that it's very well-maintained and still looks quite new. The room was clean, the view was great, and the soundproofing and blackout curtains were excellent, so even light sleepers won't have to worry. I personally think Hyatt's dining is the best among all hotel brands; the breakfast spread is rich, incorporates local specialties, and tastes delicious. The swimming pool and gym facilities are top-notch. The constant temperature of the pool water was very comfortable, so I didn't have to worry about my child catching a cold, and the water quality was also good – clearly well-managed! Judy, our butler, called a day in advance to ask if we needed airport transfer services and helped arrange a car based on my itinerary. Compared to Park Hyatt or other more luxurious hotels, the only potential drawback might be that this hotel is quite large with many rooms and guests. During busy times, it might be challenging to attend to every guest or for every staff member to greet each guest with a smile. Overall, our trip to Xi'an was wonderful, and our stay at the Grand Hyatt was excellent. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! I checked in on October 1st to a business twin room, and here's why it's so great: 1. **Room**: While not brand new, it's not old either. It was very clean and tidy, and you can really tell the quality of the decor and facilities from this established five-star hotel. The business twin room had large, bright windows. 2. **Food & Drink**: The room came with four complimentary bottles of water, a fruit platter, and two yogurts. **Breakfast**: This was five-star hotel standard, with a variety of breads, tofu pudding, noodles, pork rib soup, and even poached fish and stir-fries – basically lunch-level fare! Highly recommended! Just about 200 meters to the right after exiting the hotel, there are many restaurants, including a popular BBQ joint and a hot pot place. They were packed with people eating outside, so they must be delicious. However, I had already eaten and didn't try them. 3. **Location**: It's less than a 5-minute walk from Datang Xishi Metro Station. The airport shuttle bus stop is across the street at the Civil Aviation Building. I left at 10 AM on October 2nd, and despite a bit of traffic on Fengcheng Road, I reached T5 Terminal in 50 minutes. 4. **Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions. 5. **Price**: On the evening of October 1st, a business twin room was only 358 RMB, including two breakfasts. Keep in mind that on the same night, even budget hotels like Hanting (Rujia) were over 300 RMB. After 20 years of business and leisure travel, this is my first time writing a hotel review. In four words: conscientious and excellent value.

My stay at the Sofitel Legend Xian was absolutely outstanding. The room was beautifully designed in a vintage French style, with exquisite details. It was aesthetically pleasing, clean, comfortable, and rich in historical charm. Jack at the front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded my room for free. I'd also like to commend Erics, Themis, Andi, and Nora for their excellent service; they were friendly, made the check-in process smooth, and were very responsive to guest needs, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was high-quality with a wide selection of dishes, balancing local specialties with both Chinese and Western options, all of which were delicious. The hotel's overall facilities and services are top-notch, making it highly recommended for anyone visiting Xi'an.

My family and I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott, and it exceeded our expectations. The value for money was exceptional. The hotel looks brand new. As soon as we arrived, a security guard opened the car door for us, helped with our luggage, and greeted us warmly. It made us feel comfortable and instantly put us in a good mood. Check-in at the front desk was very quick. We also received complimentary welcome fruit and mooncakes, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The location is very convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right next door that's easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an was truly excellent. The hotel is located in the Gaoxin area, offering a very peaceful and quiet environment. The lobby is stunning, with Tang Dynasty and pomegranate motifs everywhere, making it perfect for photos. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the turndown service, which even included a local 'Bingfeng' soda – a lovely little detail! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, not just Western dishes, but also local Shaanxi specialties like Roujiamo and Youpo noodles, all of which tasted great. The staff were all very polite and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The only minor downside is its distance from ancient city attractions like the Bell and Drum Tower and Yongning Gate, requiring a bit of a taxi ride. However, if you're looking for a comfortable and quiet stay and don't mind traveling a little for sightseeing, I highly recommend this hotel. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway.

During the peak holiday season, Mio, the Guest Relations Manager, efficiently arranged and coordinated our room. Her service attitude was excellent. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the pool and gym facilities were well-equipped. The garden-style hotel truly felt like a resort. The complimentary fridge magnet was also very practical. We were extremely satisfied with our stay!

From our initial booking inquiry, Skyla's professional guidance immediately put us at ease. Upon arrival, Judy and Kelly's warm and efficient welcome made us feel right at home. They were always smiling, and patiently answered all our questions. Throughout our stay, we experienced their seamless teamwork: the front desk staff was consistently warm and attentive, and the sales team promptly addressed any needs we had. Their collective team spirit and high service standards were simply impeccable. Highly recommend!

The environment is clean and the service is great, with staff always ready to answer any questions. The decor is Chinese style, and it's quite quiet outside the window. There are three hotels inside, so it might be a bit tricky to find the exact location. Regarding the all-in-one control panel, once you press to turn everything off, it's quite fiddly to find the buttons to turn things back on. I suggest using physical buttons for the bedside lamps; many hotels now use voice commands for smart systems, which would also be more convenient.
