"My experience at the Ji Hotel this time was absolutely terrible, and I have to complain about it. Upon opening the toiletries kit, I found cockroach wings, which instantly made me feel uncomfortable. The hygiene was appalling. Looking at the floor, it was clearly uncleaned, covered in hair; it was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. For a chain hotel to fail to maintain basic hygiene is truly disappointing. I will definitely never stay here again, and I advise everyone to choose carefully."
