Undoubtedly the best hotel in Jieba Village. It's a complete package with a restaurant, bar, lifestyle center, and various Tibetan-themed experience halls. The afternoon tea was excellent; the beef jerky and open-faced sandwiches were particularly delicious. The hotel's environment is top-notch, truly living up to Songtsam's reputation with tasteful colors and decor. Watching the sunset from their private pier behind the hotel in the evening was also fantastic. My daughter's beef burger from the Himalaya Restaurant was very authentic, and the breakfast spread was even richer, featuring local tsampa. Songtsam's staff are all incredibly welcoming. Our butler messaged us in advance with all the details and hotel menus. Throughout our stay, they sent thoughtful reminders via messaging. The pick-up, luggage handling, and valet parking services were all flawlessly executed. The smiles of the ******* young men and women were truly infectious. The location of the hotel is too much, 5 minutes walk is the bustling market, the surrounding business districts, convenience stores are all available, travel for food is super convenient. So after staying in a smelly inn or B&B for two days, returning to a properly managed hotel in the city gave me a feeling of returning to the world. I took a fragrant shower, washed my clothes, and had a good sleep on the dry and soft bed. The bath water is very big. The hotel has its own parking lot. The disadvantage is that the washer-dryer in the laundry room is not easy to use and cannot dry the clothes. They have to be hung out in a simple drying cabinet. The hotel has developed to this level, why not equip it with two dedicated dryers?

The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, with efficient and quick check-in and check-out. They responded patiently and promptly to any needs, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is particularly abundant, including a butter tea experience. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, providing a fantastic stay. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Nyingchi, and I highly recommend it. They even gave me a complimentary handmade peach blossom pastry upon departure, which made up for my missed visit to the Nyingchi Peach Blossom Festival.
