"This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. "The hotel was clean and tidy, but the internet speed was too slow! It didn't match the hotel's facilities.
The service staff were mediocre. When checking out, I had a lot of luggage, making it inconvenient to leave the hotel. I saw five staff members chatting at the front desk, but none of them came to help me open the door, even though there were no other customers at the front desk at the time."

Around 11 pm, there was a knock on the door. Let check out. The room location and facilities are acceptable, but the way to promote membership is really disgusting. Ctrip customer service handled it very promptly and patiently.
