Booked a Kapibala parent-child room, the child was happy to scream as soon as he entered the door! As an old mother, I carefully checked the hygiene situation in all corners. It was very clean and the supplies were complete. I was very satisfied. The room also prepared welcome small fruits and small toys that children love to play. Although the Badger is a small stay for one night, the children's joy is comparable to a long vacation.
The breakfast is rich and exquisite, fully meeting the basic needs of the family with the baby in the morning, the fried noodles are delicious, and the cake is not bad.

"Very unpleasant stay experience. 1. It is very unfriendly to self-driving. I can't find the parking lot by going around the square for 3 times. Then I will add you WeChat and send you the parking lot navigation when I call the hotel. Then Sesame opens the door and drives into an elevator (not easier than taking a driver's license). Parking on the second floor. So difficult to find so difficult to stop, can the front desk not tell the guests in advance? 2. The room does not know if there is a problem with the network or a problem with the route. Wi-Fi is automatically disconnected several times and will not automatically reconnect. 3. The hotel is on the 14th floor. There are 2 elevators on the right that can go to the parking lot. Then the 2 elevator buttons are still linked. Every time the left one comes first, when the left one goes, the button disappears, and it is difficult to wait for the right one. I believe that many guests who have been delayed to go to the parking lot have been delayed."

"This newly opened hotel, built into the mountainside, offers a great environment and excellent hygiene, with the actual facilities matching the photos. However, there are a few issues. Firstly, while the hotel states it includes breakfast, it's actually a packed breakfast, which is different, and this wasn't clearly stated on the details page. Secondly, because it's built into the mountains, the hotel lobby requires a trek uphill from the bottom, and the entrance isn't visible from the roadside; you have to turn in to find it. A clearer sign would be very helpful. As for the rooms, we stayed in a cave-style room, which lacked air conditioning and was quite humid. The staff suggested turning on the underfloor heating to dry it out (which might work well in cooler weather), but the contradiction is that in July, it's already hot, and turning on the heating makes the room even warmer. The cave room only has two small windows, so ventilation and airflow are very slow. We had to leave the door open, but then small mountain insects would fly in. If we kept the door closed, the room was too hot. I hope they can find a better solution in the future."

Bear平涼整個城市感覺停車都不太容易，可能因為山城的關係寸土寸金，這個酒店有停車位比較方便，晚上空車位比較多，交通很方便，離市內景點都很近，可以把車放下打車出行，周邊當地特色美食和高檔餐廳也很多，酒店一樓還有皮爺咖啡，來的路上不知道還點了星巴克外賣。房間沒有電話，直接小度就可以開票接前台，很方便。酒店健身房也很乾凈，雖小也管用，早餐中規中矩服務很熱情，前台也很熱情。唯一的小建議，冰箱聲音有些大，可以提醒住客吵的話是否可以把電源拔了。整體來講很推薦的酒店，還是凱悦旗下的。
