"和家人出行歐樂堡 首先酒店位置距離歐樂堡很近 就在馬路對面 步行或者打車等其他出行方式都很近！考慮到上面寫到2026年啟用 個人對環境要求比較高 所以定了這個酒店。位置好找，地上地下都可以停車並且不收費。地上也很近，地下可能因為還沒有規劃好，有施工痕跡，介意可停地上。酒店入住辦理很快，工作人員服務認真，進入房間非常好，衞生很好，而且有化粧鏡和全身鏡，愛美人狂喜！空間挺大的，活動空間完全夠了，還有早餐，比較單一，新店剛營業準備不足可以理解~如果真要挑一點問題就是，擦頭和身體的毛巾真的毛絮很嚴重！一開始以為是我用的這一條毛巾有問題 跟前台提出更換，但是再更換還是如此，所以可能是採購的毛巾質量沒有那麼好~望酒店看到我的評論改善一下這批毛巾的質量以便於方便接下來的住客使用。總之來歐樂堡玩耍的都推薦這家酒店！下次有機會來我還會定這家，希望會有更好的服務表現，暗暗期待啦！（圖片是我使用過後拍的，剛入住忘記拍了，介意勿看）"

"Our family of four stayed here with two young children, both under 1.1 meters tall. The room was spacious and very clean, and the kids had a great time. "Very clean. Staff were nice. The only pool that had water was the ~1.5m pool, but it’s location was perfect (shaded) for afternoon swims. Pool has floodlights to allow for night swimming, as well, which is nice. Kids enjoyed the indoor children’s soft play area. Location is pretty far from major urban areas, but this is to be expected for a country club; there are shops within walking distance to purchase food / snacks (also a shop inside the hotel). Rooms were clean, nice balcony. Our family had a nice time."

"We changed our schedule temporarily and came here because the hot spring hotel was out of rooms. We were given yogurt and small bread when we checked in. The front desk spoke a little stiffly when we checked in. We were a family of three and my grandmother and booked two standard rooms. The front desk kept asking how many people were staying there and emphasized that everyone had to register. We suspected that there were other people... The child accidentally dropped the toothbrush cup, so we specifically told the front desk about it when we checked out. The front desk immediately asked on the intercom to check the room... They didn't directly mention compensation, and ignored us, as if they had to check to see if there was anything else, which made us feel uncomfortable... But a manager came right away and said that it was not necessary, and gave the child a lollipop, which made us feel much better. The breakfast was not bad, but I suggested that the rice could be heated up a little more and the bread slices should be served with butter. Overall it was good and it was convenient to go to Europa Castle."

I rode while enjoying the scenery of the lake that is better than Jiangnan, and I felt happy. The hotel also gave fish food for free. After riding back, the children fed the fish by the pool in the courtyard. The beautiful holiday life ended easily and happily~"
