"There are not many reviews for such a cute B&B! Because I was going to Jiuziyan the next day, I chose the nearby Yimu Chunfeng. Not only was it pet-friendly, but it also gave me tickets to Jiuziyan. It was a saving grace. The location of the B&B was quite paradise. After walking around the mountain road for a long time, it suddenly became clear. When I saw the house cheerfully, it was next to a farmhouse with a good business. It was very lively. At first, I thought Yi Mu Chunfeng was just a better farmhouse, but I didn’t expect that the room facilities were really amazing. It was very large in size, well designed, with beautiful glass windows on three sides, and the toilets were all smart, which matched the star rating. Hotel!
The lady at the front desk and the aunt who made breakfast were very kind and loving. The next day we mistakenly went hiking in the scenic spot and didn't come back until 10:30. Because we communicated in advance, the lady kept breakfast for us, and the aunt even cooked wontons freshly for us. At that time, my dog was accidentally bitten by a locust and it bled a lot. My sister and aunt always provided careful advice and gave me povidone iodine for disinfection. It was great! Jiuziyan and Houhai Scenic Area were the best places to have fun during our trip. "I chose the family room at Yuanhang Hotel based on Ctrip reviews and its proximity to the Cultural Park. The room itself was decent.
However, the hotel seemed to have very few guests, resulting in no air conditioning in common areas like the lobby and corridors. It was sweltering hot the moment you stepped out of your room. Additionally, our room was quite a distance from the elevator, and we'd be drenched in sweat just walking there.
While I can understand conserving electricity due to low occupancy, the entire hotel felt deserted. Breakfast was also very subpar, with one of the salted duck eggs even being spoiled.
The only redeeming quality was the Chinese restaurant, which offered good food and generous portions.
Despite the staff being very friendly, the overall state of the hotel's facilities severely impacted our stay, making for an unpleasant experience.
I had initially hoped to walk to the Cultural Park, but it was too hot, so we ended up taking a taxi for a flat rate of 10 RMB. This effectively negated the benefit of the hotel's location for walking.
I believe this hotel might be more suitable for guests visiting Mount Jiuhua who prioritize being close to the visitor center."

It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Hall of the Flesh. When you open the window in the morning, you can see the eaves hidden in the mist. In the twilight, you can overlook the Jiuhua Street with brighter lights, as if you are at the intersection of the mundane world and Zen.
When we arrived at the scenic spot late at night, the boss was waiting for us in person and helped us carry our luggage along the way, instantly relieving our fatigue from the cold night in the mountains. When we checked in, we found that the floor heating had already been turned on in the room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the attentiveness in the details made us feel warm.
The food and beverages are the highlight of this trip: the proprietress is an excellent cook. The braised pork with homemade dried bamboo shoots goes well with rice, and the stir-fried wild vegetables are fresh and refreshing. The must-try Jiuhua vegetarian dish uses tofu and mushrooms, and tastes like the richness of ”braised pork”! The handmade side dishes for breakfast are served with white porridge and freshly steamed pumpkin buns. The homely taste warms the stomach and the heart.

The room was cozy and clean, and the owner turned on the air conditioning for us early in the morning and kept it on even after we left, worried we'd get too hot when we returned. They also provided free shuttle service to and from tourist attractions. The service was superb, and I was deeply touched. Most importantly, the auntie's cooking was incredibly delicious and much cheaper than what I found on Jiuhua Street. HHeshanyanA spontaneous trip! We booked our accommodation in advance on Ctrip, with a preference for staying on the mountain. Jiuhua Maoju came highly recommended online, and it's conveniently located very close to Jiuhua Old Street.
We pre-purchased our entrance tickets and mountain shuttle bus tickets at the Jiuhua Tourist Center. After getting off at Yingxian Bridge, we walked into the scenic area. We had already communicated with the hotel via WeChat, and they arranged to pick us up from the entrance of Julong Hotel, which was very convenient.
Upon arrival at the hotel, we proceeded to the front desk to check in. While checking in, there was a furry little 'employee' (a hotel pet) napping peacefully under the desk – so well-behaved! After completing the check-in process, the staff thoughtfully assisted us by bringing our luggage to our room.
Our room was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all amenities. We were extremely satisfied. If you're a first-time visitor to Mount Jiuhua and plan to stay on the mountain, just like us, I truly believe you can trust my recommendation!

JJamesThe hotel is in the style of an old state-owned enterprise. The facilities are too old and seem to have not been renovated. The rooms are small and damaged everywhere. Its location is the best, just within 100 meters after entering the toll gate.
The service in the front desk lobby is relatively good, and they are caring.
The mix of guests is also a problem. You can hear loud noises at four o'clock in the morning, and at six o'clock in the morning, the old men and women ”wake up” everyone like the crowing of the 🐓 in the morning. The breakfast is average.
By the way, I have to remind you that starting this year, Jiuhua Mountain does not allow self-driving to the mountain during the day (it is allowed after 5 pm, but it is also subject to the daily control notice). Guests need to pick up their own luggage and take the shuttle bus at 50 yuan per person to check in after going up the mountain, which is not very convenient.
