"The experience is superb. The front desk girl has a good service attitude and the room is free to upgrade. The breakfast is clean and hygienic, especially delicious, the staff is good, friendly, enthusiastic and proactive.
The maintenance master is also very good. My backpack belt buckle is broken and I fixed it.
The room was clean and the bath water was very good. The big sister who cleaned the room was also very good, smiling service.
This hotel is in a good location and the train station is conveniently located.

"This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others"

"I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to for this gem of a hotel! From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting from the front desk staff really made my day. I mentioned my phone was dead, and she immediately offered me a power bank. The room itself was incredibly cozy and comfortable. The handwritten note, though not perfectly artistic, really showed the thoughtfulness and sincerity of the housekeeping staff. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and there was even a big bathtub. Breakfast was also excellent; the chef personally brought me a small pear soup, which was a lovely touch. Every little detail showed the hotel's meticulous management. It truly lives up to its reputation as a big international brand like Wyndham. Highly recommended!"

"Room: The Little Haisen Family Suite is perfect for a family of three. If an extra 1.8m bed could be added for an additional charge, it would be even better for a family of four. The original configuration is a 1.8m and a 1.5m bed pushed together, I wonder if a 1.8m and a 1.8m bed could be combined.
Service: They thoughtfully provided a butler. Our butler, Pudding, was a kind and beautiful young lady who was very attentive. She proactively shared important information, like tips for self-driving.
Breakfast: The breakfast selection was extensive, and there was always something that my baby loved. The staff were very enthusiastic.
Activities: For Fantasy Island and the water park, you need to set aside plenty of time. At least a whole morning is needed to fully enjoy them.
Environment: The hotel's location is truly convenient, with Wanpingkou Scenic Area and Rizhao Ocean Park nearby.
Due to limited time, we didn't book a travel photoshoot, so we'll have to do it next time."

"Don’t make a mistake. Rizhao Shifan International and Shifan Apartment seem to be the same building, but they are completely different. In my opinion, the apartment is just a guest house. There are many teams training for water sports, and the front desk has no intention of caring about individual guests. We decided to change hotels in the middle of the night. The manager on duty that day was very enthusiastic and showed us the room, and we immediately booked the hotel at Shifan International. Once again, I am glad that I chose Shifan International. From the front desk to the room service, I can't say anything, they are warm and thoughtful. The hardware is really bad. The hotel is old and the bathroom is a bit shaky. It feels like taking a boat. Haha, the room can see the sailing dock, although there is no I saw the sunrise, but the scenery was still beautiful. Despite its flaws, I will choose Shifan International next time. I would like to thank the manager on duty that day and the front desk clerk for their warmth and thoughtfulness. I also received a small gift before checking out. For no other reason than to praise your hotel's software services. Friendly reminder, the owner of the canteen on the first floor of the hotel is very kind and the items sold are not expensive. It is much cheaper than going to the beach. If you have any questions, the owner will tell you everything. It is a very good stay experience and I will recommend it to my friends."

The hotel is conveniently located near Exit 2. Although the 8-minute walk seemed a bit far at first, it was easily accessible after dinner, making it a convenient location. The hotel car can drop you off at the hotel entrance. Just cross the street and turn left, then cross the street just before Exit 2. It's actually not far from Exit 1 either, as there are many restaurants and attractions nearby.
The breakfast was decent, but overall quite good. The dinner buffet cost 138 per hotel guest, and while the vegetables were a bit limited, everything else was fine. It's convenient for those who don't want to travel too hard.

"This is a new hotel with some areas still under construction, and the surrounding area is also under construction, so the windows cannot be opened. The reception staff were very cheerful and had the cheerfulness and enthusiasm of a resort staff member. The room facilities were excellent, and I preferred the beds, linens, and pillows to those at the Hilton. However, the breakfast had a limited selection and wasn't very tasty, and the air conditioning in the venue was poor, so the staff at the entrance wore down jackets. It fell far short of the Hampton where I often stay."

The moment you step in, it feels like entering a secluded paradise, far from the city's hustle and bustle. My mind and body instantly relaxed. Lying in the room at night, listening to the sounds of insects and gazing at the starry sky, was both romantic and incredibly peaceful.
- **Service:** The staff were warm and attentive, providing thoughtful care from check-in to check-out. The check-in process was not only quick and efficient but also included detailed recommendations for local attractions. Any request was promptly addressed, making it feel just like home.
- **Room:** The room was clean, tidy, and cozily furnished with high-quality amenities. Drawing back the curtains revealed a stunning view of a large tea plantation, which was both pleasant to the eye and soothing to the soul. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well.

One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired.

However, I did find the room to be quite small. It lacked adequate space for my belongings, making it somewhat challenging to organize my things comfortably during my stay.

3. Because it is a new hotel, the smell in the room is still quite strong, so you need to open the windows for ventilation!
4. The facilities and equipment are average and not intelligent. The socket panel on the wall is not strong. When the plug was pulled out, the panel almost fell off.
5. The water flow in the bathroom is very good and the water temperature is relatively stable.
