I particularly want to give a massive shout-out to my dedicated hotel butler, Chocolate! When I stayed here in March, I accidentally left a book behind, and Chocolate proactively helped me keep it safe and mailed it back. During this visit, I left my swimsuit, and he carefully kept it for me, thoughtfully letting me know I could pick it up whenever I returned. These two small incidents really show his dedication. His service throughout was impeccable – warm and thorough without being intrusive, making for a very comfortable interaction. He also recommended specialty dishes from the hotel's own restaurant.
