"I choose Vienna International Hotel every time I travel. This time I went to Rizhao to play in Vienna. The front desk lady upgraded the room for free. The room was clean and tidy. All the toiletries in the twin room were two sets. Miss sister saw us three people stay and gave another set. Welcome fruit was also prepared. There was free bottled water in the room. The garbage in the room was taken away when I went out to play for a day the next day. The toiletries were replaced with new ones, drinking water was added, the beds were also cleaned up, and a pack of new paper was put. Even disposable slippers have been re-arranged, like a snail girl at home! This service is really at home! 😄😄 The location of the hotel is also very good. There are shopping malls such as Vientiane Hui and Wanda nearby. It is more than ten minutes away from Dongyi Town, Wanpingkou, Taohua Island, and about half an hour away from the forest park. The TV was larger and newer than the one at the hotel I stayed at two days ago. It has smart home features. You can control the curtains by calling Xiaodu, and there's even a robot that delivers food. (If you don't need a washing machine or dryer, please ignore the following text.) There's a laundry room with both washing and drying functions. You can check usage status and receive reminders on your phone, which is great. However, the downside is that the two washing and drying machines are in high demand. The machines never stop, and the drying process takes a long time (even half an hour on high heat doesn't dry the clothes). If you want to use your clothes quickly, you have to have someone waiting in the laundry room. Otherwise, we foolishly finish washing around 8 PM and then go back to the room to check the machine's status. Every time we rush to the laundry room, someone else has already gotten there. We don't have a spot by 24:00, so we give up. We end up setting an alarm for 2 AM to get up and dry our clothes (and then we see the dryer next door is also running. OMG!). 😂 Recommend adding a dryer or replacing it with a better-performing one."
