"一次不太愉快的住宿體驗，到酒店已經十點鐘以後了還是空不出房間來，想到可能菜博會期間人多就在大廳等候，此時前台想的不是如何先讓旅客入住而是告知加錢50元可以立即入住，本着能快就快的原則就交了50元（此前在全國各地住酒店從來沒遇到過空不出房間來還需要加錢才能入住，這不是解決問題的方式）加錢之後我先上去放東西，等我都收拾完東西下來了發現朋友還在一樓大廳等候，於是在大堂嚴肅説了這個問題，這時前台才把這個事情當事情辦，不到三分鐘就把我朋友的房卡拿出來了，非得等到旅客發火才當事情處理，很少給差評，希望以後有改進。"
