"I booked the Imperial Hotel last minute, and as soon as I arrived, I was told my room had been upgraded for free! It was huge and spacious, with brand new facilities and luxurious decor. They even have a free swimming pool for guests – truly befitting an established five-star hotel. The location is also great, close to Zhujiang Road Food Street, which I actually think has better food than Longquan South Road Food Street. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable, especially our butler. She was incredibly thoughtful and patient, contacting us even before we arrived. Once we were there, she surprised us with local Shantou specialties and toys for the kids. Before we left, she proactively arranged our ride to the high-speed train station. The hotel driver was super fast, getting us from the hotel to the station in just five minutes. Our whole trip was made so much better by staying at the Imperial Hotel; I'll definitely be back here next time I visit Shantou!"

This hotel is new, and the surroundings are much quieter than in the city. It's very convenient, and the service attitude is excellent. The parking lot has ample spaces, is easy to find, and allows for smooth entry and exit without having to search for a spot. It's definitely a top choice for self-driving travelers. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect: environment, cleanliness, service, and parking were all top-notch, offering excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure trips and short stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"I stayed in Shantou for several days and was highly impressed with my experience. What I liked most was the location, situated near MixC and Long'an South Road. Many authentic Shantou delicacies are concentrated in this area, so there's no need to travel far to find food. During the day, you can explore the food streets, and in your free time, you can stroll around MixC. Taxis to places like Xiaogongyuan or Haibin Road aren't expensive either. The room itself was clean and tidy, with meticulous housekeeping; I didn't find any stains or dust. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation after a tiring day of exploring. The soundproofing was excellent; despite being in a bustling city, I wasn't disturbed by street noise. The bathroom design was practical, with a separate wet and dry area, and stable water pressure. All essential amenities for daily living were well-equipped and functional. The service was understated yet practical and attentive. Check-in and check-out were swift, and they offered genuine advice when asked about local travel tips. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the facilities met all a traveler's needs. If I visit Shantou again, I would still prioritize this location. I highly recommend it to friends visiting the area."

"This isn't my first time staying here. I've practically stayed at Jun Chao every year I visit. It's super convenient for getting around the city. The moment the security guard downstairs picked up the cone, that alone was worth 50 [yuan] – really boosted my mood! The front desk service is also very thoughtful; they prepared kids' toothbrushes, slippers, and even a small cake. It's definitely value for money. The best part, though, has to be the double beds – a huge plus! Push them together, and you've got a three-meter super-king bed. Jun Chao Hotel is my top choice when traveling with my little one."
