"The room facilities are complete, clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright! The breakfast is rich, varied, healthy, and delicious! Although it's located in a bustling area, the room is still very quiet, with excellent soundproofing!"

"Check-in was officially from 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:15 PM – the room was already ready according to the front desk. Despite this, I was told in an extremely uninterested and unenthusiastic tone that I would have to pay an extra €10 if I wanted to check into the room immediately. So, it wasn't about the room not being available yet, but purely about an additional fee for 45 minutes of early access – even though the room was ready. I find this behavior to be nothing short of a rip-off. After I politely declined to pay, I was demonstrably ignored until shortly before 3:00 PM. No accommodation, no friendliness, no sense of service. I have rarely experienced such disinterest and lack of enthusiasm at a front desk. A successful stay begins with a professional welcome – unfortunately, the opposite was true here. Very disappointing."

"Lage für einen Stadion- oder Barclaycardarenabesuch unschlagbar, weil beides unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten das Glück den letzten Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu ergattern, sehr erfreulich ;-) Am besten also nicht zu spät anreisen! Online-CheckIn gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Das Zweibettzimmer im Industriebetonstyle ausreichend groß, ohne Schränke, ohne Coffee Making Facility, ohne Kühlschrank/Minibar und kleinem/halben Kopfkissen! Ein merkwürdiger Geruch durchströmte das Zimmer, erinnerte ein wenig an Baustelle. Das Fenster zu öffnen schien die Lösung, es konnte aber nicht durchgängig offen bleiben, weil Zimmer 201 zur Straße ging und diese sehr lange und sehr früh stark befahren war. Zudem machte sich duch Gäste die Nachts vor dem Hoteleingang sehr lange laut waren weiterer Lärm unangenehm breit. Die Internetnutzung wurde erst durch umfassende lästige umständliche Anmeldung zum Reward/Hotelprogramm möglich. Warum...? Das Bad ist modern, neu, die Dusche gut. Wünschenswert wäre ein Stromanschluß und Zahnputzbecher, der nicht aus Pappe und damit mehrfach nutzbar wäre sowie Möglichkeiten Handtücher gescheit aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück haben wir im Paket mit der Übernachtung günstiger als für die angezeigten 14 € pro Person erhalten. Dieses war gerade noch ok, die Auswahl nicht besonders groß, an zwei Kaffeeautomaten bildeten sich recht lange Schlangen. Keine wirkliche Empfehlung für 14 €! Der CheckOut war unkompliziert und freundlich."

"location not bad with bus stop outside the hotel and around 15-20min walk to hbf. hotel was clean and provided free minibar & coffee machine, as well as still and sparkling water. beds were comfortable with super soft pillows. staff were all v friendly :)"

"Simple hostel-like Hotel for young budget travelers who don't care too much about space. The single rooms are very small (and so well ventilated) but definitely okay for a stay of a few days, especially considering its central location. The staff was super friendly and very readily available throughout my stay!"

"Checked in on Saturday, but the music from a nearby nightclub was loud all night and until after 7am the next morning. Sunday and Monday were quiet. The hotel provided earplugs instead. The hotel facilities were very old and not cleaned well, so there was a lot of dust. Parking reservations were required. The staff were friendly."

"The hotel is around 7 mins walk from the Hamburg main train station and the S-bahn is just right outside the hotel. This hotel is perfect in terms of the shopping and food options around it. The hotel is very nice with Rituals product in the toilet which we love. They allowed us to check in early as well upon becoming a member."

"We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg."

"Good value for money and very conveniently located. Plenty of street parking is usually available in the surrounding area. It's a short 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see the 'Fraternal Kiss' mural. The property has three buildings, so make sure to ask the front desk which one your room is in before you head up, to save yourself an unnecessary walk."

"Almost perfect for the price. First of all, it's very cheaper than other accommodations. I wanted a room which didn't need to be fancy but cheap and not a dormitory room and this hostel had the one. the hostel is well located too, I could walk to Hamburg harbor. The room was small and not soundproof but it fulfilled my needs."
