"Choosing Congtai Hotel truly surpassed all my expectations. First off, its location is absolutely central, putting it just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like the Handan Road Historical District, Handan Museum, and Congtai Park. "After a long search for a hotel in Handan, I finally settled on this one. The location is excellent, right across from Meile City, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel is on a high floor, and the soundproofing is among the best I've experienced. However, the only issue was being able to hear the live music from Meile City in the evening.
Service: The service was great. Anything I needed was delivered promptly, and housekeeping was very efficient.
Facilities: I had a bit of bad luck with the bathroom drain; it clogged and caused a small flood. The housekeeper said it rarely happens, but she cleaned it up very quickly, and the front desk staff were also very helpful. I hope this doesn't happen again on my next visit."

"Forgot to take a picture. We originally booked a twin room, but the front desk said that the rooms were limited during the Spring Festival, and the air conditioning in the remaining rooms was slow to heat. They proactively upgraded me to a deluxe executive king room, which was a pleasant surprise.
The room facilities are very new and the linens are of good quality, all of which are five-star standards. Although the breakfast is not very rich, the quality is good.
The doorman will take the initiative to help with the luggage and his attitude is very good. Unlike some previous comments that said that the company is indifferent. The room service is just so-so. I wanted an extra quilt, but I called 5 times and waited more than 2 hours before it was delivered. The service efficiency is really poor. . . Another thing is the water in the room, which is really average.
There are not many places to eat around, and the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive.
To sum up, considering the price and hardware, the overall cost performance is quite high. There were many guests during the Spring Festival, so the service was tolerable."

"I like the design style of the room very much. I have never lived in the Ruipin series before. The breakfast is simple but still warm. There is coffee and thermos bottled water at the front desk, which is very considerate. Xiao Rui in the room is a **, barely able to turn on a light, pull a curtain ā® (āÆ _ā°) ā. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are also good, warm service, and will stay in Ruipin next time."

RRoquetThis hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it āinternationalā grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

RRedDragonKungFuWe had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we werenāt sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

Hygienic: Hygiene and clean, the items are neatly arranged, the room is fragrant and the space is large
Environment: Although the road is built around, the environment is still very good. There is a Zhaoyuan Park in five minutes. The peach blossoms inside are beautiful and I took a lot of photos. It is simply a pleasant feeling to walk and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Service: The service has nothing to say. The little beauty at the front desk is very beautiful and gentle. It introduces a lot of fun places and many free services in the hotel. What I need is to wash clothes and dry, and send us a nightingale at night. Chaos, The key is also delicious and bought my stomach, so I must praise and recommend haha

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very good location, just near Congtai Park. It takes only 3 minutes to reach the park entrance after passing a traffic light from the hotel. The transportation is convenient and there is a parking lot. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large and clean, the room is very soundproof and quiet, the park scenery is outside the window, there are poems and other paintings on both sides of the aisle, which are very elegant, the front desk service is enthusiastic, and the staff will take the initiative to say hello. I will choose to stay next time.

GGuest UserThe suite is very large, the top floor is very high, and the children are very convenient to run. The balcony is transparent and you can make tea around the stove to see the scenery. There is a garden behind the hotel, the scenery is very good, the wall is recommended, and the photo is very good! The downside is that the carpet is dirty, the curtains are not tight, the house is bright early in the morning, and I sleep very uncomfortable. The bathtub is super slow, and the water in the basin is cold, and it has not been filled with half of the water in the bathtub. In particular, the breakfast at this hotel may be because of the May Day holiday. The underground is full of water and oil. The plate is full of water. The coffee cup and bowl are only given to one. It is also brushed by the back kitchen. The guests are everywhere, and there is no service staff to maintain order. The service staff of the omelette are working while answering the phone... chaos everywhere! Donāt eat dinner at this hotel. We ordered a hairy blood. The waiter went to the wrong table. The guest at this table made the wrong meal. I saw it in my eyes. The waiter checked the order and found that it was wrong. I brought this dish to an empty table. I put it for two minutes and gave it to me directly. I really don't know how to evaluate this hotel! In short, you can stay in the store, don't choose here for dinner.

WWenwen218The environment was nice. This was my second stay, but the front desk staff were a bit unprofessional at check-in. Zhang Jiangping's service in the guest rooms was excellent! My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.

TTrilha EspiritualThe room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the āMiller Cityā. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
