"A highly recommended hotel by the harbor: Tallinn's city center is within walking distance. The view of the harbor was especially worthwhile on New Year's Eve. The breakfast at LouLou is delicious. The only thing I missed was a kettle, but I hadn't even checked if there was one. The Citybox Tallinn is definitely recommendable."

"The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage."

"This is the first hotel in Europe I've stayed in that truly deserves a perfect score. It's ideally located right in the Old Town, offering a tranquil retreat despite its central position. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained. Breakfast is decent, featuring a standard Western selection. Plus, right downstairs, you'll find Tallinn Old Town's top-rated Chinese restaurant."

"Very helpful staff who provided detailed guidance on transport options from/to ferry terminal (we used Bolt ride hailing app-4.30€ after midnight to hotel and 6.40€ at evening peak to ferry terminal). They also gave comprehensive suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. Every frontline staff was excellent with special kudos to Alex especially and Keitlin. Tasty degustation menu at the Michelin-starred restaurant in the hotel. There's an excellent market, florist/plant nursery and supermarket a short ten minutes walk away. Bought a lovely Aechmea 'Blue Tango' bromeliad packed beautifully with soil washed off to carry on the flight home to Singapore. Grabbed a variety of smoked/cured meats and jerky (deer, elk, moose, wild boar, wild beef) and local Kalev chocs."

"This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious."

"All good experience. Convenient to Railway and Ferry Terminals . 10-15 minutes walking distance. Breakfast had all the expected buffet choices. Room was cramped. Ensuite shower, WC and Basin can best be described as economic. So small I bumped my head on the door when ascent to toilet. Adequate for overnight stay. Emergency Stair lead to a dead end full of stored items which blocked any emergency egress."

"Location of hotel fantastic, close to city centre. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Staff very helpful and service high quality. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would recommend this to anyone."

"This is the most expensive house I rented during my trip to Europe. It is a four-star hotel, which basically meets the standard. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It is close to the old town and across from the Tallinn Cinema. The front desk service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is also good. The bathroom is quite large, with separate wet and dry areas, but the room is small. It would be ok if it could reach 20 to 25 square meters."

"Second time booking here and it's a good improvement from our last stay. Some of the morning waitresses are now smiling and greeting us back. Some still don't but this is an improvement from my last review. The check in was smooth but the kids didn't get a coloring book this time 😆 Maybe it was only for first-timers. We got cleaner and better rooms this time probably due to the renovation. The waterpark is still great and clean. We definitely recommend this hotel to families with children and even to peoplw who enjoy swimming, lounging, and saunas. The location is great because it's a hop away from a tram station. Definitely recommend!"

"The room was spacious and they provided a cot for baby. Although everything was old eg lacquered wood cupboards drawers, bedside tables, it was clean and hotel provided extra pillows. Room was clean so were the bedsheets, toilet etc. taps had hot and cold water, soaps and shampoos, body lotion, provided. Carpeted floor. Service was good and all staff spoke english well. One small lift (fits two big luggage and one adult) for room access but staircase available if you’re hands free."
