"The location is very good. Jiahecheng, the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, is downstairs. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich, self-service, and there are robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the hotel's general manager Helen, manager Wang Bob, and sales director Kevin, all of whom were very sincere, enthusiastic, kind, and dedicated.
