"The location is fantastic, right on Rustaveli Avenue, yet it's surprisingly quiet. It's super convenient to get everywhere; Freedom Square is just a 20-minute walk away, and there's a metro and bus stop right outside. For Chinese travelers, food is also easy to find, with a Chinese restaurant right at the entrance (though a bit pricey, e.g., rice is usually 4 GEL a bowl elsewhere, but 10.9 GEL there). There are many other Chinese restaurants on Rustaveli Avenue, like Xin Ya and Ding Sheng, which are quite good. The hotel rooms are about 13 square meters, relatively small, perfect if you're out exploring during the day and just need a place to sleep at night. The main draw is the low price, starting with a '2'! Breakfast is decent, and overall, it's a great place."

"This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Georgia in terms of service. The staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. The 24-hour free coffee was a great bonus. They don't provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms; you have to get water from the dispenser in the common area, which I assume is for environmental reasons. The location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. The balcony room offered a nice view of the mountains and a church, which was a definite plus. However, due to its central location, the room was generally on the smaller side with limited space. In particular, the bathroom was right next to the bed and lacked noticeable ventilation, which was a minor downside to the experience. Overall, the location and service are its biggest strengths, while room comfort is about average."

"The room was quite new, equipped with a desk and a hairdryer, and there was space under the bed for luggage. However, the bed was too soft. There's a Ferrari showroom downstairs, and on one of the three nights we stayed, from 12:03 AM onwards, cars were revving their engines and racing down the street for several hours. It was incredibly frustrating. The location is a bit isolated, so the best way to get around is by taxi. If you prefer to walk, there are three routes: If you face the hotel, walk straight ahead to your left, go through the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, and over an underpass to reach the main road. To the right of the hotel, there's a park; if you enter the park, there's an uphill path, followed by stairs that lead through a residential area to the main road. Finally, with your back to the hotel, there's a pedestrian bridge; cross it to the other side, then follow the road up to the bridge to exit."

"Misha is super friendly and helpful, especially with the questions on how to get around and helping me with my luggage. Really like the room with a window facing the TV tower. Wifi signal in the hotel is good for remote working and streaming videos. Towels are changed daily. Basic shower gel, shampoo, hand soap. There’s hair dryer in each room. Would recommend to budget travellers who want the convenience of having breakfast (sweet rice porridge is good, tea and coffee are free but espresso from a machine is for a fee) and walkable distance to the bus tour point at Shota Rustaveli. Suitable for digital nomads who want an affordable single room for a long stay. Best to bring your own toiletries, at least toothbrush and toothpaste. Best of all: the roof terrace is amazing! Good for hanging out in summer with a fantastic view of the park and city! Good if you want to spend time in the park. This is one of the very few hotels that allow you to access the roof."

"This is a great hotel. It's close to the metro station and the mini-bus stop for Yerevan. The front desk lady was very nice and spoke fluent English. The room wasn't big, but it was clean, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was very comfortable to stay here. Right across the street is the airport shuttle bus. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"Brilliant location. Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis. The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Good price for the distance. Hotel clean and room big enough for 3 adults."

"The service was quite good. I was allowed to keep my luggage in holding as it was not check in time yet. The room was decent but when I turned on the thermostat it was so noisy."

"In general, the impression of staying in this hotel remains positive. The main virtue of the hotel is excellent location. As for the room: it corresponds to the photo on the website. The furniture is already old, but it is not critical. The room was a safe we didn't use and there was no refrigerator we would use. As a result, the products were put on the window outside, the good weather allowed. The vent in the bathroom is, but it is very weak, overheated and disabled. There is a TV in the room, but the remote from it didn't work. For two people 3 hangers and 0 any extra hooks, this is clearly not enough taking into account the top clothes. What we are unpleasantly surprised is a terrible dirty carpet (but I understand it is a problem of the whole hotel, not a specific room). The dirty spots were also seen on bed linen and curtains. Still, it is not very pleasant to observe this morally. The pillows are uncomfortable, low, sluggish, feel a muscle filler, they should be replaced for a long time. The blanket is small, for two people who are not sleeping in the arms, is hard enough. But here with the view from the room we are lucky. As for cleaning: Every day changed towels, soap/shoulder gel, reported toilet paper, water, tea, coffee. Breakfasts are good, delicious and quite diverse. We had a bottle of wine, but there was no chewing. The guys at the respiratory were kind to help us with it."

"Good location 20min walk from Central Square with metro and trains. Corner SPAR mini market was so convenient. Next door to an Auditorium where beautiful music lulled you. The entrance of IBIS was off the side behind a grand building. And what a welcoming sight as the bright cheerful interior of IBIS immediately lifted spirits. The place was joyful, fun, energetic and staffed by the most enthusiastic and hospitable receptionists I ever met. They were polite, spoke good English, helpful and accommodating. Special shoutout to Sheshe, I was impressed with this hotel, I extended my stay. Breakfast was excellent with free flow of coffee and tea. Highly recommended hotel."
