And everything would be good, but on the second day of our stay, a large group of children arrived at the hotel. And the hotel turned into a children's camp. If the children were on the beach, there were no places for other guests anymore. If the children were at the pool, the same story. And where there are many children, it is always very noisy."

We ordered pizza and chips, and we left half of them without eating. We went swimming and came back without confirming to us and was taken away (the lounge chairs were all our items, and it was not long after ordering). After responding to the staff, we filled us with chips, and the pizza couldn’t make up two pieces (the waiter said we had two left, but we actually went swimming after eating two pieces) and the remaining pizza made up two ice creams for us. The attitude of the waiter, from the apology before the filling to the arrogance of the filling, is very uncomfortable. "The staff were welcoming, I arrived VERY early and was expecting to be able to leave my bag for several hours whilst I had a look around the town but was told it would only take an hour. Lovely room with a nice view of the harbour and pool area. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. "

"Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time. Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive."

"This is a new hotel to the region. We got a room with a sea view and really worth the money! The room had all the amenities you expected from a 5 star hotel, super clean and organised. Breakfast was rich offering a combination of traditional local tastes and a variety of international classic buffet options. Stuff was very polite, always ready to help you with a smile. Covid rules were generally implemented such as use of mask by the stuff and serving the breakfast however it would be better if they were bit stricter with guests asking also to wear the masks and be more mindful with not approaching the buffet area. Pool area was fantastic - Messinian bay view all over! We did not try the restaurant at the hotel as there is plenty of traditional taverns around! We will definitely go back!"

"The location was not great if you are not traveling with a car. I used the bus and cabs to get to Kalamata. Walking around Messini was not ideal, but I did manage. The staff was very nice. The room had a balcony, which I enjoyed. My biggest issue with the room itself was that the air conditioning didn’t work, at least not properly."
