We ordered pizza and chips, and we left half of them without eating. We went swimming and came back without confirming to us and was taken away (the lounge chairs were all our items, and it was not long after ordering). After responding to the staff, we filled us with chips, and the pizza couldn’t make up two pieces (the waiter said we had two left, but we actually went swimming after eating two pieces) and the remaining pizza made up two ice creams for us. The attitude of the waiter, from the apology before the filling to the arrogance of the filling, is very uncomfortable. In short, this price corresponds to such facilities and services, and the price is not high."

"This is a new hotel to the region. We got a room with a sea view and really worth the money! The room had all the amenities you expected from a 5 star hotel, super clean and organised. Breakfast was rich offering a combination of traditional local tastes and a variety of international classic buffet options. Stuff was very polite, always ready to help you with a smile. Covid rules were generally implemented such as use of mask by the stuff and serving the breakfast however it would be better if they were bit stricter with guests asking also to wear the masks and be more mindful with not approaching the buffet area. Pool area was fantastic - Messinian bay view all over! We did not try the restaurant at the hotel as there is plenty of traditional taverns around! We will definitely go back!"

"Very comfortable hotel. Good rooms, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. But a very small beach on the sea. And everything would be good, but on the second day of our stay, a large group of children arrived at the hotel. And the hotel turned into a children's camp. If the children were on the beach, there were no places for other guests anymore. If the children were at the pool, the same story. And where there are many children, it is always very noisy."

"Location is perfectly located walking distance to all shops and restaurants along ocean side. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant up stairs is absolutely stunning with the views of ocean. Highly recommend this hotel."
