Hotels with Breakfast in Coblong

Initially, I was a bit hesitant to book here, but Patra Hotel Bandung genuinely exceeded my expectations! Even though it's small with limited facilities, it turned out to be quite comfortable for a staycation. The most memorable part was the swimming pool, especially the heated section—perfect for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the gym was a bit disappointing; there were only 2 old treadmills and 1 bike, and it was in an open-air room without AC. If you want to work out, it's probably better to just walk around Bandung, haha. The room was standard, with a slight old-room smell, but they provided an air purifier which was really helpful. The amenities were very basic, just a small shampoo and soap. But what made the stay enjoyable was the breakfast! It was delicious, except for one particular stand (gudeg and nasi liwet) where all the dishes were generally very salty.

The place was well maintained and clean, however due to nature of the place design it was not like proper hotel, we feel like staying in someone house, during the visit we had only few guest / room occupied , we experienced the not soo good experience where we met with seems like the owner (lady) and shouted multiple times to the employee where we can hear it clearly and made the situation really awkward and she roaming around the place make us feel uncomfortable to do the outdoor activities as she always seems monitoring of our movements. On top of it the lack of clarity on the pool policy for visitors, they charged quite expensive for our visitors (not staying in the hotel) to swim where we cannot find these pricing anywhere in the beginning, and was informed earlier by the receptionist for visitors if only kids are allowed to swim without any charges.

⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

Had to ask for a new bath mat twice before it was delivered. The hotel phone seems to be just for show because no one answers when you call reception or housekeeping. I received two calls, but when I answered, there was no sound and they immediately hung up (not sure if it was a prank or something spooky, who knows). I didn't expect the room I chose to have no bathroom door, and when I first entered the room, it smelled like a sewer. Turns out, it was coming from the uncovered toilet. For couples, please at least provide a bathroom door! Breakfast was decent, but I wasn't too excited about it after such an unpleasant experience. I somewhat regret paying 900++ for this kind of experience.

My second time stay at namin.. So far so good with a reasonable price and great location. A lot of option for food and coffee shop. But the shower head must be put into a deep clean process, the water is fine but the shower head need to be clean or change, thank you.

I have been staying here for more than 7 years. Whenever I come to Bandung, I always choose Favehotel Cihampelas because I already feel comfortable here. All the staff are very friendly and always respond quickly as well. The only suggestion I have is regarding the breakfast. Please consider upgrading or adding more variety to the menu, because for almost 5 years the breakfast selection has remained the same without many changes. Thank you

The hotel is cool, the location is quite strategic. For the male room, the style of Minahasa custom house stage building, with bunk beds. The mattress and pillows are quite soft and clean. the yard is full of trees,flowers and other plants,so it is cool and cool.although it is quiet at night,it is still crowded because there are many people staying.***a old and traditional but still cool. Unfortunately, my hot water for bathing and soap/shampoo/odol + toothbrush and towels did not get. Use a discount voucher to save money. Stay again when returning to Bandung

Everything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
