"The location, facilities, and cleanliness are excellent for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of delicious food options available around the hotel. Clean towels were also provided. As for amenities, soap and shampoo were available in a dispenser in the bathroom. Toothbrushes, however, were not in the room upon check-in, but they were promptly provided upon request. At night, there was no traffic noise, as the hotel isn't directly on a main road. Overall, it's perfect for a good rest."

"Leaky faucet. The breakfast area is small, and there aren't enough tables/chairs. The swimming pool is right next to the restaurant, which isn't ideal. There's no vanity mirror in the room, only in the toilet."

"The room is relatively large and has the characteristics of an old building. The front desk lady and the waiter are very friendly. The interior design is very distinctive. There is a reading room, a children's entertainment area, and the breakfast is average."

"Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅. For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food. Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge. Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull. Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍"

"Hotel had a lovely layout, ambience and swimming pool area. Staff are very courteous-and help-full. Rooms however need to be renovated. Old furniture , stained sheets and bathroom fittings , there was mole and moss in the bathroom."

"Had a great stay at Jayakarta Bandung. The staff are friendly, great service. Expect some of the furniture to be worn out as it's an old accommodation, but definitely worth the price."

"The facilities are quite good and the rooms are quite spacious. The air conditioner is cold, the shower water is clean & warm, the electricity works. The location is also very convenient as in a residential complex which is also close to the supermarket. However the cleanliness of the room and mattress is a bit lacking. i have time to find insects around the room several times.i hope that the hygiene can be improved next time."

"Awalnya aku agak ragu untuk booking di sini, tapi Patra Hotel Bandung beneran bikin cukup puas!!!Meskipun ukurannya kecil dan fasilitasnya terbatas, ternyata nyaman juga buat staycation. Yang paling berkesan itu kolam renangnya, apalagi ada bagian yang airnya hangat—sempurna buat weekend santai. Sayangnya, gymnya agak memprihatinkan, cuma ada 2 treadmill tua dan 1 sepeda, itupun di ruangan terbuka tanpa AC. Kalau mau olahraga, mungkin lebih baik jalan-jalan di sekitar Bandung aja, haha. Kamarnya standar, agak berbau kamar lama, tapi mereka nyediain air purifier yang membantu banget. Amenities-nya sederhana banget, cuma ada shampoo dan sabun kecil. Tapi yang bikin betah itu sarapannya! Enak-enak,. Cuma ada satu stand yang agak aneh (gudeg dan nasi liwet) itu rata-rata semua lauk asin banget."
