"Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view)."

The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado."

"뷰가 정말 좋아요 탁 트여서 창문도 시원하니 크고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다 다양한 손님들이 많아서 그런지 정말 시끄러운데, 호텔이 방음이 1도 안되서 잠을 잘수가없습니다.. 수건도 공항가기 두시간전에 바꿔주셔서 3일동안 같은 수건 말려서 사용했구요; 그리고 샤워기가 천장에 붙어있어서 샤워기헤드와 필터를 교체할수없더라구요 여행가실분 참고하세요 방청소는 없는거같고, 이불만 다시 접어놔주십니다 결정적으로 조식이 너무 부실해서 하루먹고 못먹었어요ㅠㅠ 진짜 맛없어요... 마나도가 아직 잘 알려지지않아 그런지 아마리스 호텔도 한국인 후기가 없는거같아 제가 적어봅니다..!!! 체크아웃할때 호텔 프론트에도 동일한 내용 인도네시아어로 번역해서 말씀드렸고 사과도 받았습니다! 하지만 예약전에 알고가시면 좋을거같아 내용 남깁니다!"

"Good location, fine rooms. Love the breakfast - a lot of options, awesome quality of foods, but there is no coffeemachine there. Rooftop pool with great view was dirty. Recommend it if you need city base for your nearby adventures or just transit."

"many good things but somethings to be reviewed  like we realised that when we call the guy at the reception on the night shift the phone was misplaced so it was always busy, this was not correct because it forced us to go down to the hall to talk to him. Even though the room was clean at one point a cockroach appeared"
