"In the morning need to provided 2 elevator, so elevator doesn’t need to use stairs. It’s not good! Cos planty people going up and down for breakfast. If is just one elevetor it’s chaos."

"Decided to book NDC because of the children’s pool. It’s really nice and popular in the late afternoon. The rooms are big but old (expected) but the sewage smell was way too strong. The hotel staff was really really helpful and efficient. We needed to check out at 5am and they helped to shift our luggage back to the lobby and when we reach there the taxi they booked for us has also arrived. Much appreciated."

"The view is amazing. The windows are large and open, and the staff are so friendly. It's really noisy because there are so many different guests, but the hotel's soundproofing is absolutely terrible, so I couldn't sleep. They even changed the towels two hours before I left for the airport, so I ended up using the same ones for three days. The shower head is attached to the ceiling, so I couldn't change the showerhead or filter. This is a note for travelers. It doesn't seem like they clean the room; they just refold the blankets. The worst part is that the breakfast was so poor that I couldn't eat after one day. It was really bad. Maybe because Manado isn't well-known yet, there aren't any Korean reviews of Amaris Hotel, so I'm writing this. I translated the same information into Indonesian at the front desk when I checked out, and they apologized! However, I thought it would be good to know this before booking, so I'm leaving this here!"

"Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado."

"The sea view from this place is absolutely stunning. I stayed here for two nights in Manado as a layover before going diving in Raja Ampat. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM on the day of check-in and was able to pay an extra 250,000 IDR at the front desk for an early check-in, and they even upgraded my room. On the day I left, my flight was at 8 PM, and I paid another 250,000 IDR to extend my check-out until 4 PM. Overall, everything was great, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the bathroom felt a bit old and run down, probably because the hotel itself is older and the bathroom maintenance hasn't been great. There's an Italian restaurant downstairs called Amicoo which was quite good, although the service was a bit slow."

"This place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges. Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was ”a menace” during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet” and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room. An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play. Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away."

"the room is super clean, breakfast also delicious, the location is nice, the view also nice, can watch sea from the window. the service is also nice, the people also super nice. only the elevator is kinda difficult because is super busy and long wait. but overall my experience staying in Best Western is super comfortable."

"If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average."
