Your Review Metro Park View Hotel Kota Lama Semarang Semarang, Indonesia 3-day, 2-night experience at Metro Park View Hotel Kota Lama Semarang December 24 - 26, 2025 The location is strategic, close to Kota Lama Semarang, near the Great Mosque, and also close to shopping centers (Malls). Initially, we planned to go as a group of 4, so we booked 2 deluxe twin rooms. It turned out that another niece wanted to join, so we requested an extra bed for one room. ************* We were upgraded to an executive room. It had one king bed and one single bed. The room was spacious with a city view directly at the intersection. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the executive room. 🤭. Both rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. However, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't hot, and neither was the water in the sink. For breakfast, the food menu was quite tasty and varied, but the restaurant was a bit small. We tried dinner at the cafe, and all the food we ordered tasted delicious, including the cakes. The service from the security staff, front desk, and even the restaurant and housekeeping staff was very friendly, kind, and served guests wholeheartedly. Thank you for everything. "Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com."

"1. One of most famous fine-dining steakhouse-Bowery, cafe-Eastman and nightclub-Sixsense are right across from the hotel. All of them are within walking distance which is very convenient. 2. I lost my red T-shirt in the room. They kept it well and when I contacted their WA, the staff was very polite and helpful!!"
